Burger was delish, I did build your own and they nailed it. Jalapeño poppers were exactly what you'd expect so far far from a let down.

I ordered chips with ranch everytime, everytime no ranch. This time I ordered fries and chips with ranch only to get 1 ranch for 2 separate plates and no fries. Double chips, this place USED to be stellar. Guess I won't be going back there

When the foods good it's good, but too often this place is dingy, understaffed, get orders wrong, and they let the food quality slip.
I really wish the owner would put the time and effort into fixing these places up and focusing on quality.

I absolutely love Dixie Express’s food. It’s delicious but the past couple of times I have come they have either forgotten something or were out of what I wanted. Also I have been ordering combos and not getting the current amount of food.
