I have tried many different Dunkin’s now and all of them have been a huge disappointment for chai tea. I do not recommend it for this drink or for matcha. The doughnuts I’ve gotten also haven’t been that great. I did have a good bagel once. Might be good if you like coffee.

Jose always goes above and beyond making sure my donut is soft and warm. Every time I walk in this establishment my drink order is known. They always address me by name and make sure my drink is exactly how I like it. Mackenzie is crazy good at what she does and is always keeping things moving and has the friendliest smile. I love this place I'm a forever costumer. I think Makayla is really annoying.

I have eaten street food in China, Vietnam, old NY venders and random eateries but never have I been sickened from eating. Never again will I be eating at this location. I set my bar low for fast food. All I ask is the food be edible. If you want to play the diarrhea lottery then this location is your best chance at winning a prize. Ps. Google please add 0 stars as an option.

It's so hard to rate nice people only 2 stars....but the intent of DD is for customers to get in and out quickly. The employees are sweet and friendly (which has NOT been my experience at home), and they take care of the order, but accuracy and speed are not their forte. "Not toasted" on the receipt means that. Drinks should be filled to the top, not 2" below the rim. It's okay - I'll just know to not be in a hurry and to emphasize my preferences.

Wait times are very long. I ordered two iced coffees, four donuts, and avocado toast with bacon. My toast was not even toasted. The drinks were disgusting. The donuts here are disgusting, with minimal filling and very little glaze.
