It's the best donut shop around. We just tried donuts while traveling. Glaze King has made us realize what good donuts are Our favorite the apple fritter. Or the chocolate old fashioned Maple old fashioned. I've tried others but we will always get these. Family owned, small business. Bring cash for small orders and we drop a tip.

Best place to get donuts . We’ve been going here since they first opened and never had a bad experience. We’ve tried every donut on the menu and all were good . Our favorite is the chocolate glaze, donut holes and raspberry and lemon filled donuts Yummmm 😁

I stop in here every time I am in Asheboro. My co-workers love the donuts. The staff is efficient and pleasant. While the storefront isn't fancy, it is a nice, clean donut shop!
Took the kids here for their donuts, and was surprised that they still offer donuts for $11.99 a dozen. While this seemed cheap, we quickly found out this price only included regular donuts with no cream. Cream filled donuts are $19.99 a dozen or almost $2 each. Might have tried the cream filled if the donuts were fancy or something, but these were just plain looking donuts that clearly didn't look like they were worth $2 each.
The place had a decent selection of donuts still at 1pm, but after ordering a dozen, we weren't impressed. The donuts aren't fried and taste more like the donuts you get at Dunkin' just not as good.
This location is located outside of the town of Asheboro, but does offer parking and takes cards.
As far as friendly, the staff took our order but never initiated conversation or tried to talk to us.
We try a lot of donut shops, and this is one I won't visit again.
If you are a Carolina beach goer then you'll know what I'm about to say and your going to want to drive to the Glaze King for doughnuts. They taste just like Britt's Doughnuts just a little bigger. Love this place highly recommend to a great doughnut lover
