This place is a joke. The food isn't worth the price. The servers were decent the past two times going. Our pancakes were over cooked, hash browns were burnt, the steak omelette was still runny inside. Their was a young black manager that had a extremely bad attitude. We witnessed her being nasty with a couple of the workers. She disrespected them in front of us and other customers. We also witnessed employees smoking vapes while working. This place should be shut down.

Loved it. They always have delicious omelettes and the service is fast and friendly. Kim was very nice and fast with serving our food.

As soon as you walk in your greeted with this weird mold smell. When someone finally comes to seat you they act annoyed that you’re there. The food is way over priced and takes forever to come out and once it does it’s a disappointment. Food is cold and taste like grease, they don’t know how to cook the most basic things, the waiters ignore you the whole time. Honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. Last time I ate there it gave me food poisoning and if I could prove it I’d be suing them. For your own health avoid this place.

There were two groups ahead of me when I walked in who informed me that no one has come to seat them. I waited ten more minutes.
I called ahead for takeout and waited 20 minutes for it.
Food was great, however and plenty of it.
Call ahead of time to let them know you're coming so as not to wait a long time

As I was being seated I witnessed the cook blow out a big cloud of vape smoke in the kitchen. Said something to the waitress but she didn't seem to care. I left and went to waffle house.

Online order at 7:30. Paid. The system said it would be ready at 8:00. They finally got it ready at 8:30. Damn annoying. There wasn't 10 people eating there.

Where to start. I understand that we were a bigger group (7) but there was only 1 other couple when we arrived who was leaving at that and yet we spent 1 hour 45 minutes there for dinner. As we waited for food, 3 other tables arrived who received their food before us. I watched our food on the pass for 20 minutes before the waitress, who was high, took the time to get it. The chef had to get her to move it as he was running out of space or who knows when we would’ve ate.
She spilled a drink all over our table/my white shoes. Which accidents happen, but then she half cleaned the mess and left ice and paper towels on the floor. Once we did eat, the food was fine. Nothing grand but pleasant enough. It was an overall mess and not worth the over $100 we spent.

Went there the other day and was hoping to get the $6 omelets but apparently it was the wrong day. Waitress asked what we would be drinking and I tried to tell her the strawberry lemonade splasher. She asks which one....so I had to repeat it again cause I guess she thought I was asking about both. But there is literally a strawberry lemonade splasher...So I had to point it out to her on the menu. Later on she came with our food and proceeded to slam the plates down in front of us. Not sure if it was on purpose or not. But it was uncalled for. Lastly the omelets could've been better, I don't think the pancake batter is doing any favors for it. It was super dry even with ketchup on it and it tasted odd. They are fluffier but it's definitely not as good as a regular omelet. Also the cups were not washed that good because my husband seen something floating in his mountain dew. Definitely won't be returning to this ihop.

This is the best place to eat I've seen in possibly the entire state of North Carolina. Katy the waitress was very friendly and could make this the best place to eat in Asheboro if the food was terrible. Thankfully, the food was far from terrible. It was very delicious from the mozzarella sticks to the pancakes! I haven't tasted better pancakes in the past 10 years, and before that, I'd really have to stretch my memory to reach anything better if there is anything at all. This is a great establishment, and I recommend all zoo visitors visit this restaurant at some point. It is great!

Vegetarian options: They have a choice between all meat and plant based burgers.

Dietary restrictions: There is food of quite a few varieties here. You'd probably have to have almost every allergy to not be able to order anything here.

Parking: You will almost never find the parking lot full, and if you do, the Lowe's customers are coming in great numbers.

Kid-friendliness: Bring people from infants to the elderly. This is great for everyone. I even saw children recognize their old school teacher here.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The tables are also easy for them to use. (Depending on the type of wheelchair.)
