I was excited to find a place with gluten free food and was let down by the small selection with a lot of it just being marked-up gluten free items from the grocery store. There was some home-baked stuff that I didn't end up trying because the price was high for such a small portion of food.

A friend and I stopped here while hiking in Asheboro and I am glad we did! Really cool grocery store with amazing options for everyone: celiac/gluten free, meat eaters, vegans, soy free, keto, sugar free, and I’m sure many more. The owner clearly values being able to offer everyone a great option.They have grocery store like options up front and a FANTASTIC refrigerated/frozen section with fun prepared choices like buffalo chicken dip, pot pie, chicken salad, pizza, cheesecake, biscuits, etc. AKA all items that are very hard to find healthy! And they have so many options! They will even heat it up for you too if you want to eat it soon. The owner was so kind and helpful with all of this. Plus, There’s a fabulous bakery with delicious cupcakes and more!!The prices are extremely reasonable all things considered. I’ve seen chains (Whole Foods, Earth Fare) with much higher prices. And this place is local!The owner offers a variety of classes and more on nutrition. The shop is cute, offers great products, and is involved in the community. Really, really cool. I can’t wait to come back and wish I lived closer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I just used the online ordering on Friday, and received my delicious goodies on Monday . The online platform is easy to use, and has categories for 56/57 or 80/20 and keto so you can find items easy. After placing my order, I received an email confirmation and text. Thank you Keye to Healthy for providing wonderful, healthy and delicious items!
Great food made with healthy ingredients, desserts are delicious and no sugar add which is the best thing. Variety of different healthy products.

Great place to get help on Nutrician and the classes are offered in house. My experience in the store was helpful in the knowledge of healthy fats and healthy snacks. I purchased several food items for snacks and found myself amazed at all the zero or low carb varieties. The chicken bacon ? is delicious! I placed 3-4 pieces in small zip lock storage bags and then in a big storage bag in my freezer. It lasted 6 months and I just pull out one small bag when needed. Its cooked already!! Love this place!!

My husband who is diabetic felt very sorry for himself at our Thanksgiving dinner. The next day I went to Keye to Health and got him some treats. Now I know where to get special things he can eat. (He is so happy.) This shop is cozy and comfortable. I think you can find anything you need for your healthy eating. We will be back!
