The chicken tasted like it was cooked several hours before we bought it. The potatoes reminded me of glue and the coleslaw was tasteless. Almost $30.00 for two three piece meals. Extraordinarily expensive for subpar food. Never again.

My third time going to the drive thru.Employees get on the speaker and say sorry our drive thru is not available you will have come in side.After calling the store a employee said drive thru window is broken.Since my last time was about a month ago. Maybe they should concerned a new Window? I went to Bojangles.
I PLACED A ONLINE ORDER AFTER DOING A LITTLE YARD WORK AND MY DAUGHTER SAID SHE HAD TAST FOR KFC. NOW NOTE I STOP GOING TO THE ASHEBORO LOCATION DUE TO BEING DISRESPECTED IN A PAST VISIT. BUT I SAID OK PLACED MY ORDER AND WHEN I GOT TO THE LOCATION I SEEN NO ONE WAS IN DRIVE THRU AND NO PARKING I PULLRD UP AMD WAS GREATED WITH DRIVE THRU CLOSED ( VERY NASTY TONE) I SAID OK BUT IM ACTUALLY PICKING UP AN ONLINE OREDER SHE THEN TOLD IN A NASTY LOUDER TONE YOU NEED TO COME IN. SO I DID AFTER REALY WANTING TO SAY FORGET THE ORDER. I GOT ON THE INSIDE ANS AFTER WAITING BOUT 15 MIN I SEEN A FEW LARGE BAGES SO I MOVED OVER TO THE PICKUP LINE TO ASK BOUT MY ORDER BUT WHEN I ASK THE GIRL ( AND I USE GIRL BECAUSE IT WAS CLEAR HER ACTIONS WAS AS IF SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE SENSE OF AN ADULT) SHE ASKED FOR MY NAME GAVE HER MY LAST ( NOW I RELIZED FROM THE TONE AND VOICE SHE IS THE GIRL IN DRIVE THROUGH) SO I GAVE MY FIRST SO SHE HANDED ME THE LARGE BAG AND SAID TO ME NEXT TIME GO TO THE COUNTER SHE WILL GET IT FOR YOU NO FOR ONE IF YOU DO HABE A PICK UP LINE WHY WOULD HABE ME WAIT BEING I BEEN IN THAT LINE FOR 15 MIN ALREADY AND NOW MY FOOD IS COLD... I SAW IT WAS CHILDREN AND ELDERLY IN THE BUILDING PLUS IT WAS SUNDAY SO I SAID I WAS GOING TO WALK OUT BEFOR I GO OFF. I NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECT IN MY LIFE IN ANY RESTURANT TILL I CAME TO ASHEBORO. IM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AND A MANAGER AND IT IS NO WAY IN HELL I WOULD ALLOW NO TEAM MEMBER TO DISRESPECT THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PAYCHECKS AND IT SPEACKS BOUT MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THIS IS AN ON GOING ISSUE.... I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT OR SPEND MY MONEY IN THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN ONLY TO FIND OUT WHO THE GM IS OR OWNER.
KFC of Asheboro is a great go to for fried chicken. A notch above typical fast food for sure. My wife and I enjoyed the 2 piece fill ups with the original recipe.

Waited OVER 30 minutes for a famous bowl, fries and fried pickles. There’s a line of 6 cars behind us waiting for their food too. Management must be non existent here

I don't know what's up with this location of KFC. It's a Sunday afternoon, 1:30 pm, and we go to the drive thru to get a couple of pieces of chicken and some strips. The first thing said by the person was...if you want fried chicken, you got to wait 25 minutes and then...we got a long line in front of you so you got to wait. We left. What kind of chicken place doesn't prepare enough chicken to feed lunch or the late lunch crowd. Seems like this is typical for KFCs everywhere. I especially didn't care for the sound of the attitude from the person taking orders. We definitely will not return to this location.

This KFC doesn't know how to cook chicken ahead of time. They said it would be 20 to 25 minutes wait on any chicken. Does this mean KFC is no longer a good place to go? Ridiculous!

Placed mobile order there was a wait which was no big deal but was asked to come in to get it which i didnt understand because there were no cars i. The entire parking lot defeated the whole purpose but as soon as I got to the counter I understood the 2 girls up front were in drivethru talking and playing on their phones when we got our food we asked for sauce and the girl said sauce was in the bag which ik was untrue because at this point Noone has asked us if we needed anything if it weren't for the young man in the back that was cooking preparing and bagging food that stopped what he was doing which was apparently his job and everyone else to come to the front acknowledge us and ask us what we needed we wouldn't have gotten anything I see now why the parking lot was empty I stopped coming here for years for this reason and my first trip back was a complete disappointment

Went through the drive thru on Tuesday for the 10 piece bucket deal.
I asked for a 10 piece bucket, I was told it would be 24 dollars plus change.
I then said I wanted the Tuesday deal, and was told to drive around before asking if I wanted original or crispy

KFC used to be a great experience, but now all it is is a disappointment. You used to be able to go there and get a good quality meal for your family, but now even the fried chicken taste horrible. The fried chicken tonight was very soggy, not crispy at all, the fries were ok, but I feel like they could be better. The potatoes, and the Mac n cheese taste bland. The girl in the drive thru window forgot our straws, and our eating utensils. It's sad the generation growing up now will never know how good KFC truly was.

I work for door dash and I absolutely hate coming here to do pick ups. the managers are extremely rude and always have an attitude. Managers and staff are constantly heard cussing and heard one of the staff say that she was not going to make the doordash order when it was not even busy at all. Walkin customers are blatantly ignored by the managers and staff.The professionalism of this place is the worst in asheboro. The store is always filthy. Doordash is how I make extra money in this tough economy on top of my regular construction job. Something needs to be done at this location ASAP.
