Management delivered horrible customer service. The two ladies got attitudes. Atmosphere was crappy. Everybody was dealing with chemicals and still touching on food without washing hands. Disgusting environment do not recommend eating here.

The store manager was super rude and gave me a crappy look when I asked her something about my order.
Then, proceeded to not say anything. But give me a dirty look.

Love me some KFC. Sat in the dining room. The music is SO loud I couldn’t talk to my dinning partner or even hear my self CHEW LOL

This is the 4th time in two months. I thought I would give them 1more chance. Every time I have went there they have been out of white or dark meat ( you can wait 20 minutes) what else do you make? Also the chicken is getting smaller and not as good any more. Need to work on holding up the name better In Asheboro

After standing inside for 20 minutes, we finally got a partial order when we asked the manager about the order let me rephrase that when we ask the absolutely rude manager about what was missing from our order and we were sitting inside so you can see our order it’s not like we went through the drive-through. We told her we were missing our biscuits for our meals. She replied I didn’t pack your order. you’ll have to wait till that girl comes back from outside and check with her. When she did go back inside, she explained to us they were out of biscuits and that’s why they didn’t give us to us so they were going to rip us off. They didn’t offer anything until we brought it to their attention. The manager needs to go back to training. She needs to understand she needs to manage not walk around with a chip on her shoulder because things are not working out. There was over seven people in front of me counting in the drive-through for them had problems with the order one man stood there as long as I was to find out that they put his order in the pick up window and not tell him anything Unreal I will never go back to this store never

It wasn't that busy seen several people on there phone and my wife went to get some barbecue sauce she stood there almost 5 min a few people seen her and ignored her she finally had to yell at one of them to get some help

The worst experience food was not fresh and the manager had the worst attitude no help they don’t enjoy their job. I will never come back again.!!! And they are so slow and the chicken was awful I can’t get over the manager I asked for hot sauce she threw ketchup in the bag. She heard me as well the worst attitude ever. I asked for eight piece they gave me six pieces of chicken never again it looked awful. It taste awful. This is the third time I went there, and it has not been a great experience.

The chicken tasted like it was cooked several hours before we bought it. The potatoes reminded me of glue and the coleslaw was tasteless. Almost $30.00 for two three piece meals. Extraordinarily expensive for subpar food. Never again.

My third time going to the drive thru.Employees get on the speaker and say sorry our drive thru is not available you will have come in side.After calling the store a employee said drive thru window is broken.Since my last time was about a month ago. Maybe they should concerned a new Window? I went to Bojangles.
