Ordered a 3 piece tenders combo with Tropicana, they repeated the order back to me. Once I got home I noticed it was 3 piece bone in chicken not the tenders.

Last night visit I bought the coupon book got home and it wasn't in the bag. I didn't get a receipt. I tried calling several times, but the line was busy.

The place is filthy.floors and tables had food and garbage on them .The pop machine had soda all over the counter.The manager was rude.would not recommend going here

Went in for a quick order. Was the only one standing at the counter. 3 other people in the dining room eating.
Waited over 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and tell someone else I was standing there. The girl that came to take my order still had to stop and check her phone before she could help me. I wanted a meal that was on the app, but wasnโ€™t on the menu(5 piece family meal for 2).
I was told it was only available on the app..WTF?? So I had to back out, get my phone and order on the app to get this meal. It wasnโ€™t the deal of the day or anything, just a small family meal for 2.
Was told it was ready.. stood at the pickup area and waited. And waited. And waited. FINALLY a girl asked if I was waiting on an order. I told her yes, and she found my food on a counter in the back.
All in all, it was a crappy experience and I wonโ€™t go back. There are too many restaurants in this town to put up with incompetence.

I had my daughter place order for me.. Cost was almost $60... After receiving payment for order, all of a sudden had to keep adjusting order multiple times. Finally Ordered box chicken with mash potatoes and mac/cheeses with lemonade. Order came with NO condiments, plasticware, Napkins, small drink lids were smashed on top and inside potatoes and mac/cheese (squishing out sides). Lemonade was not as stated. More lime watered spritz of lemon juice. Food barely warm.. Will NEVER ever order from this place again. I will send all my pictures to Corp for them to see how they are represented.

This makes the 3rd time I've went to KFC and ordered through the drive thru and my order was wrong. Today I asked for the 10.00 deal and was told they did not have one while I'm looking at it on the menu , after I finally did get to order what I wanted once again it was wrong .I just got home and I have 3 pieces of chicken 1 leg 2 thighs ( instead of the 4 I ordered) my 2 sides are wrong well 1 is I ordered 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and got macaroni and cheese which I do not like . AND NOW IVE BEEN CALLING SINCE I GOT HOME AND NO ANSWER ACTUALLY IT HANGS UP AFTER 3 RINGS . I LOVE KFC BUT I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK . I ALWAYS ORDER 40.00 WORTH OF FOOD ON SUNDAY AND EAT THERE AT LEAST ONCE WEEKLY TOO . I HATE WHAT KFC HAS BECOME ....

Customer service stinks. Very unfriendly. Did not ask what we wanted, original, ex crispy or mixed. Did not give us a receipt. We were in the drive thru. Had to wait about 4minutes which wasn't bad. Lady at window only asked what sauces we wanted. No thank you no smile. After she handed back debit card she slung the bags of food at my husband and said here!!! Needless to say there wasn't any napkins and the food was cold. Couldn't feel any heat thru the bag at all. So was stone cold by the time we got home. Won't be going back
