I ordered delivery , took over one hour and five min to be delivered, food was cold and 2 items were left out of order, called them and was told I had to call Uber because they could not give refund. This was first time ordering from them, was very disappointed, left out two items and had no crazy sauce at all, even tho I ordered extra one. Told me they could not help me or give anything to compensate for missing items. This is poor way to run a business, will not be ordering from them again. Do not even deserve the one star I gave them .

Would like a refund for my order tonight employees talking shit because I ordered pizza for my wife and kids. Employees bitching that they want to go home then find a new job. Maybe they need a new manager in place because clearly no one knows how to run a store professionally.

Did an online order to be picked up by my husband at 7pm, got an email that it was ready and in the portal with the code, got there and apparently it was sold or something and there was no other pizzas ready. My daughter's boy friend was over and i was planning on feeding them dinner before he went home at 8, but pizza was still not ready at 7:40 when his mom was otw to pick him up. This seems to be a normal thing here.

Old white cashier was very rude to the customer in front of us in line refusing to allow home to use a trashcan. Won't be spending anything else here, there's plenty of other pizza establishments.
The experience was fine until the old woman running the register decided that A PAYING CUSTOMER isnt allowed to use a trash can in the store.

The pizza was thick and fluffy on some slices and thin and hard around other sides lol.The pepperoni was discolored on every other slice and the crust was just uneven tasteless and nasty .I don't know what has changed but whatever it is ..I don't like it and won't be back .What a shame because we loved Little Caesars.Also had to wait for the nasty hot n ready pep pizza to .Parking is next to NONE at this location.Terrible

the wonderful young woman who was cashiering around 5pm on 6/20/25 was an absolute delight. i don’t even care if it was her customer service voice, she made me feel fabulous. i hope they give her a raise and then some for her attitude.
