Called an hour before closing and they informed me that they wouldn’t be making any crazy puffs tonight they said no cheese so I agreed to take the 2 orders of pepperoni and they informed me that 1 was for an order.. they could of at least said sorry they told me incorrectly it was just rude. And they don’t take that long to make hell I went to the one in Greensboro 10 minutes before closing and they cooked me some I just don’t understand why if they are still open for an hour they don’t just cook another order of crazy puffs.

I placed my order online at 5:05PM at 5:45pm I was told it would still be 10 - 15 more minutes! Online when I placed my order said it would be 20mins. That was not the case! I cancelled my order and got a refund! The one cashier was friendly however the other one not so much!

Tried to call in an order, and was put on eternal hold, so I decided to just walk in to order. There were 4 people working, all doing absolutely nothing. I walked in with two others who were waiting for their food, and I was not even acknowledged. The young lady at the register did not even look at me, I guess I was bothering her, and she finally spoke (again, without looking up) and said “can I help you?” In a very rude tone. I said, yes, I need to place an order. After placing my order, I again had to wait a ridiculously long time for the amount of people “working” while having to hear their immature conversations and profanity! I can promise that my feet will never cross the threshold of this business again! It was really pitiful!

I am in Michigan and we routinely have a great experience with LC. We were down in NC for Thanksgiving with family. Of course, we have to have LC. They did not disappoint. Love the pizza.

Went today to get dinner for family ordered online got an email saying order was ready when I arrived it was busy the lady at the counter just looked like she didn't understand what was all going on and confused I asked about my order and was told only 1 pizza was ready I waited 45 min before I'm assuming manager came up and 1 guy complained he had waited 15 min and I said well I've waited 45 min for my order I finally got my food got home which is 5 min away my pizza was cold like I had to put into oven to reheat it it was that cold the crazy bread didn't have any butter or parm on it it was just cooked dough.... I've worked at little ceasers before (different location) and I've never seen more unorganized store no communication between front and back of house. I understand it's hard to find good help because people don't want to work anymore but this location needs to try and figure something out asap or when the pizza inn opens next door all the customers will be going there and they will loose the business.Parking: Horrible location for parking not their fault it shares with surrounding businesses and the drive thru next door line can sometimes backup into their lot
