We stopped in this location just to pick up two sweet teas and apparently now they're putting ice in their tea urn and it Waters it down they said it was a directive from corporate I find that hard to believe considering no one else does it poor management poorly trained employees and I will never go to this location again we are constantly getting bad iced tea and I'm tired of the fight with them

Door dash and drive through are priority here. Stood in line inside over 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged so I went Burger King instead. You are a burden to this location if you try ordering inside.

Service here is very slow for customers who order inside verses drive through.
Drive through is like 5 minutes inside is about 15 to 20 minutes.

Recieved the wrong breakfast order . Didn't know till I had driven all the way home . Guess I should have checked first. Wasted all my gas driving back . Went inside showed the manager the order with receipt. Just took it and threw the wrong order in the trash and gave me the correct meal . Like you could have just said my bad and said keep the breakfast burritos instead of throwing them in the trash lol

I had order two $12 bundle box bags I only received one bag not to mention the one bag I did have had hair in the 10 piece nuggets I call the lady manager around 11:41pm on Wednesday November 4th and tried explaining to her that I was missing a box bag and that their was hair in my chicken nuggets she rudley said she couldn't do nothing and blamed it on Uber eats and rudely hung i don't understand how a uber eats driver can do it when the bag was sealed and the nuggets had hair in it this manager whoever answered the call was very unprofessional and showed lack of customer service!!! I will not be returning to this store it was a $42 order and I maybe received only $15 worth of product

- update they remade my order but I still will never return here

Went through the drive thru and ordered food plus three drinks. When we noticed one of the drinks was missing, we double checked with the employee to make sure it was on the order. The employee responded in a very dismissive and sarcastic tone. We thanked her and went forward.

When we pulled forward and got the receipt, the third drink wasn’t listed, and only two drinks were handed to us. We politely asked about the missing one, and even took the blame, apologizing, claiming the mistake and simply requested the drink.

Instead of helping, the employee acted like we were inconveniencing her, saying there were cars behind us. We told her we didn’t mind waiting if she needed to assist them first, but she continued to talk down to us and made it seem like we were the problem for just asking about what we ordered.

I had to interrupt her and pointed out we had already ordered three drinks and that this was actually her mistake. Suddenly she remembered how to do her job and let us buy the third drink.

After that, we pulled into a parking space to eat. When my friend took a bite of the food, there was plastic inside. (Pictured)

Overall, we were polite the entire time, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from this employee (I assume manager?) was really disappointing. I understand being tired or frustrated, but it is not the customers responsibility to monitor the line, especially when we were just asking for something we had already ordered.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I feel like I NEED to share my experience. Unfortunately, this location is extremely poorly managed. The staff showed little to no courtesy, and even the manager was dismissive and unprofessional!!

I was patient waiting in line and understood that it was busy, but my simple order was still prepared incorrectly. On top of that, I was charged twice, which I let slide because I just wanted to get my food. When my order was finally handed to me, it was tossed in the bag carelessly, like if I were a dog on the street.Then when I politely asked for sauce. which I had already requested when ordering. I was told I would have to pay extra.

Mistakes happen, but the lack of basic customer service and professionalism here is unacceptable. A simple apology or attention to detail would have gone a long way. I hope your pillow is warm when you go to bed.
