Went to this location just because it was convenient and was one of the craziest experiences I have ever had there was no place to get your own drink or condiment's when they bring you your food they have a small bag of salt ketchup and only gave me two packs of ketchup when me and my girlfriend had hash browns and when I asked for a refill on my sweet tea they come out with a now cup filled with ice and tea to fill mine up and it would t all fit so I asked for the rest of it and the lady told me she was going to pour it back in the tea container wtf don’t think I will b going back to this place any time soon

Ever since the two amazingggg women left, this place is absolute trash. I’ve worked in fast food before & work with the public every day and I’m usually a little more patient with small mistakes. But this morning was very much the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. First off, this location, charges you an upcharge for the size drink that comes with the combo. It’s only 20 cent but it’s the principle of the thing that you’re not honest about your prices. Second, they rang me up for a drink without ice which I didn’t ask for, and when I asked for some ice, they refused to give me ice without charging me more money. Like… what? They kept wanting me to give them the drink back through the window & they would remake it. You’re not even allowed to take food back through the window yet they do it all the time. All of them speaking Spanish so that I can’t understand them and just staring at me like I’m the ridiculous one. When those two women worked there, I genuinely loved this place. I went here almost every day because they were so kind, they rarely made mistakes but when they did, they fixed it with no issue. It’s not a great idea to screw up a pregnant woman’s stuff and literally such a small mistake was blown into such a big issue.

Ok service but quite often they get the order wrong or simply don't give u what u ordered/paid for . Also they seem to have only Hispanic people working the drive thru and they don't understand what we say or are pretending not to (which is more likely than the first) and they didn't accommodate my request the first time nor the fifth they simply stare as me like it my fault they can understand me which I think they can I bet if I was to say immigration they would jump up and do something but no I not that mean but dang McDonald's don't put them in your drivethru window if they don't fluently speak English and I willing to bet that these in individuals that can't speak English aren't here legally and that they don't have permission to work legally they more than likely used false documents to gain this employment and your simply didn't check into any of it right 🤔 well u better look and look fast cause the government will be looking if u dont
Vegetarian options: Wish that employees that interact with drivethru customers spoke fluent English would be nice to be able to speak to them about condiments or issues with order
