The black girl manager was the rudest one there. And we ordered a 13 count cookie box and didn't get but 10. They suck i definitely wouldn't go and definitely will not be returning. She had the worst attitude ever.

those kids you hire arent worth 5 cents, giggling and playing at the window, game me the wrong size fries twice, didnt get any sauces at all for a 20 piece, and gave me the wrong flavor frappe and still added the whipped cream that i said i didnt want, didnt mark the dr pepper or the coke either Whats it going to take to get real service? Going to Burger King from now on

I absolutely HATE pulling forward at the drive thru. It seems as though they use this as a way to be lazy. I ordered something extremely common every time and it’s just me but I have to pull forward every time and then I see the employee come out with multiple orders at one time. On top of that, my fries were gross and floppy and my chicken nuggets were chewy. I may just stop with overpriced McDonald’s from now on anyway.

I miss the very nice side salad and I miss the siracha chicken sandwich. Otherwise they are fast, inexpensive and serve decent coffee drinks. Love the regular specials on the app

Was there on 6/14/25 around 11am. Food was very good. It was hot and my Oder was accurate. Great job. Fast service and friendly. Keep doing what you’re doing. Passing through from Ky glad to get a good meal while on the road. Definitely will visit again and let others traveling though know you all do a great job.
Service is fast, but food quality not so much! I received almost stale fish fillet and cold fries. They did replace the fries, though.

I went in and the entire store was grose, the tables were nasty with trash and sticky, the floors were filthy….. the ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the 3 trash cans in there were overflowing with diapers, tampons , cups and just trash. Toilet paper was all in the floors, one of the stalls was too nasty to use so there was a line for the remaining stall that wasn’t much better. We did not get food due to the cleanliness of the entire store.

If you do not use the kiosk, the employees will not smile, look at you nor serve you. What about our elderly! I had to go through the drive through for service and I was the only one there at that time. I will buy my unsweetened tea and breakfast at Biscuitville.
