Pizza disgusting. First of all it was not the pizza I ordered!!! Was not the crust I ordered!!!! The pizza dough was not cooked all the way.My veggie pizza had pepperoni and sausage on it. Thank goodness I am not allergic to those meats...but if I had wanted that on my pizza I wouldn't of ordered a VEGGIE PIZZA!!! I also had a stuff crust pizza, which I DID NOT ORDER!!BUT.....IF THE ZOMBIE IDIOTS HAD NOT HAD THE MUSIC SO LOUD....MAYBE JUST MAYBE THEY MIGHT OF HEARD WHAT I DID ORDER!!! SO, DONE WITH THIS PLACE. GEORGE'S CARRY OUT, YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. BYE, BYE, BYE PAPA JOHNS. ?

My order was correct and everything tasted the way it was supposed to. I made a pickup order on a Friday night and headed over on my way home from work. I knew I would probably get there before my order was ready, so once I arrived I let them know I was there and took a seat. This location is disorganized and not well laid out. The shelf where completed orders are placed is around a corner from the cashier, so it's not visible to the people waiting and not easily accessible to the cashier. The cashier was obviously new and not ready to be by herself at the register on such a busy night and seemed to be getting overwhelmed. Since the finished orders were out of sight, I don't actually know how long my order was ready before I got up to ask about it again.

I walked in and I saw a bunch of the staff sitting at the front area where they would make dough just talking and vaping. The staff is kind but I believe it isn’t appropriate to be in the front just talking to eachother and vaping. In the past the food at this location used to be delicious but now it tastes very plain, for example, the garlic bread sticks used to have the sauce decently covering the bread sticks but now there’s barely any sauce, and same with the wings. I am disappointed and craving for some more sauce. ?

Me and my autistic son we're craving papa's john after a long afternoon of water polo. As soon as we walk in, a very tall black worker points at my son and makes fun of his (noticable) autism, saying things like; "Look at your ugly son, he's so autistic!" and "haha your son's autism is so funny!" and "Your son is so terrible!". This was the worst pizza we have ever had from a Papa John’s . There was very little ingredients on our pizza’s. We tried the Twix knots and they were burnt blank and we were unable to eat them. It was very disappointing and we will not eat there again. We were Papa John’s fans until

35 mins to get food from 5 mins away..because driver had multiple stops..forgot others drinks had to turn around, was hunt up on 4 times by store manager... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We love ordering pizza from here! When we pick up, we don't have any issues and everything is perfect. We typically get a cheese pizza and a speciality pizza like veggie or BBQ chicken. Occasionally, we will grab one of the desserts. We've never had any issues with the staff. They're professional and do a good job of keeping everything and everyone happy. The small issue we've had has been the last two times we've ordered delivery. Both times the garlic sauce has been busted open when our pizza arrived. We only noticed when we opened the box and realized our table had garlic sauce on it. Not a huge problem but when you enjoy the sauce and there is none left, it's kind of a let down.
My delivery driver was Stewart! Great customer service, he was clean cut, greeted me with a big smile & delivery was so fast my pizza was too hot to dig into at first.
Ordered pizza and drove from Liberty to pick it up. My son went to pick up the order and all he was told was the power went out 6 minutes ago but we ordered over 30 minutes prior. The timing doesn’t seem right. So I called and spoke with the manager Jamie and all she kept repeating was that the system wasn’t coming back up and they couldn’t do anything right now. Does this location not have a back up way for payments nor paper to write orders down to be entered when the system came back on? I thanked her and immediately placed an order for the Randleman location. Three stars as it was no one’s fault the power went out but the time frame was not matching, no alternatives were offered and the customer is sent away empty handed.

Really disappointed in the quality of the product. This used to be my favorite chain pizza joint, but the Asheboro location has been hit-or-miss the last 3 visits. There’s literally more crust than actual pizza. Some slices only had sauce, no cheese. I think we’ll try somewhere else next time.

Got the gluten free pizza and the Oreo papa bites delivered while at a getaway in Asheboro, and oh my God, they were greattttt! The gluten free pizza wasn’t that good the next day but still edible. However, the Oreo bites are to die for, reminds me of state fair fried Oreos but better proportioned.

Beyond excellent. Staff was truly amazing and caring. I met someone down on his luck and paid for his food. The staff (unbeknownst to me) had taken up some money and gave him an envelope to help him out.He was so appreciative and I was deeply moved.Oh... And the pizza was amazing!!!Five ++ stars
