Dinner salad was very good, onion rings were very good. Regular cheeseburger not good. The burger had been cooked a long time ago. For a place that highlights it's hamburgers, there is no need to precooked a 5oz hamburger. Also, asked for onion and onion was on my ticket...still no onion.

Terrible service and disappointing food. As a customer, waiting 40+ mins (10:52-11:25) to receive an order that isn't correct and then to be told not to complain about "dumb shit" is unacceptable and disgraceful. I will never support any of their establishments again and cannot believe they allow these types of thugs to interact with paying customers.

WORST PLACE EVER!! Food & service was the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!! Horrible taste, no condonments offered with breakfast. Asked if we could do lunch since the menu stated it was ACTUALLY lunch time & told NO. Staff rolled their eyes when we asked for to go boxes, and was NOT THANKED for our business. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and never said a word as we left. Don't even deserve the 1 STARV had to give. Fast food options around are MUCH better tasting. My food was COLD in the center of the omelet and the cheese never melted. Ugh.

1st and last time, came in, sat at a dirty table with my 80 year old mother, we politely waited to be acknowledged, table cleaned and given a menu for over 10 minutes. Waitress passed us multiple times and never glanced our way. An elderly man came in way after us she said I’ll be right with you. Busboy came cleaned off tables near us that people just got up from eating at and still never came to clean ours so my mother and I left. I will not be back.
