This was one of my favorite locations in the late 80's early 90's. Now the decor is super cheap looking with industrial style furniture. They advertise on the marquee buffet every day. The buffet is hit or miss. I went there this past Tuesday and there was nothing on the buffet. I walked in and out. The food is still what you would expect from Pizza Hut. Service is OK, nothing to brag about.

3 people working, no one serving tables, several pizzas waiting at the end of the oven to be served to diners waiting. Car in drive up sat 15 minutes before even being greeted. Please get this store more help.

This store is terrible! We dropped in for the buffet last week and there was so little pizza out we didn’t even bother staying but we came back Tuesday for the $2 pizzas. Tried ordering online and it said sold out so we called and no one would answer the phone so we came to order in person and was told 18 minute wait. We ordered and waited and watched one poor girl run the counter, drive thru, and phone all by herself. Management has failed this store! They need to have ample help and after yesterday’s experience we’ll never be back. Oh the best part while we waited we saw a customer walk in grab the tongs on salad bar fill her hand with cheese and eat it from her hand. From the clientele to the management this place doesn’t stand a chance, not sure why they wasted money rebuilding after the fire.

Put in an order on the app it took an hour and half for my pizza to get here. It wasn't even hot. The employee on the phone was nice enough to refund me but on a Thursday night it should not take that long for some pizza

Placed an order online for delivery, I received the text immediately after at 7:47 pm stating my order will be delivered at 8:18 pm..I received a phone call from the restaurant at 8:12 pm, 6 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered stating they did not have the pizza I ordered even though it was offered on the menu, I made no customizations. It took 25 minutes to realize you don’t have something?? First and last experience here.

Placed an order today and had the email confirmation for my order. When arrive for pick up they had no idea what I was talking about. Had to pull over and park and walk inside to get the pizza, no one ever come outside to notify me that my pizza was ready. Service is pitiful
