Worst service ever!!!! Called in a simple order of 2 Strombolis and 1 order of mozzarella cheese sticks and he kept repeating back the order 3 times. Then said it would be 15-20 min. 20 minutes went to pick up and said something happened to the oven but it would be 3 minutes and it would be done. Waited in the lobby 35 more minutes and no worker was in sight the whole time. Was hiding behind the wall. Then wanted to charge full price for the food that wasn’t even right! Worst experience ever and beyond nasty! Walked out without even wanting the food! Plz shut this place down

First time going there, soon as we walked in there was no air on period and it was 95 outside, it smelt like a wet ash tray and a crack head sitting at the table starring everyone down. We walked right back out there door!

TERRIBLE!!!! I placed an order yesterday online at 4:11pm because they have displayed on Google that they were open, went to pick up my order around 4:20pm only to find they were closed. Called numerous times with no answer. I just got off work today and called up there to inquire about getting the pizza that was paid for yesterday and im told by the " manager" " oh I made that pizza yesterday & gave it to grub hub". I said ma'am the order was for pick up not delivery....to make a long story short this place is refusing to give me a refund or a pizza and I have the receipt with the time of purchase on it. Said i should have called yesterday ( which i did), also switched her story from making the pizza and giving it to grub hub to throwing it in the trash! WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN & WILL SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!

if you're going to try and get business don't put menus on car windows in a apartment complex. come to the door especially in the rain..bad business plus it's illegal I could call and complain but don't do it again

In my 30 years of life, with every mental snapshot of pizzas I have seen and eaten, whether through pictures, advertisements, or pizzas on a table in front of me, I have NEVER seen a pizza so repulsive or taste so awful.The four cheese pizza had Walmart packaged square slices of cheese melted on the top, prepared in a manner that you would expect your 7 year old to do so when making their first “Easy Bake” pizza. The cheese was only half melted, and the moment I lifted up the first slice, 1/2lb. in weight of cheese fell off.The pizza was so unsightly that my 7 year old spoke up as it was laid on the table with a slight look of disgust so as to not be rude, then followed by a whispered “eww, I can’t eat it” (after complaining for nearly an hour that she was STARVING to death)Lastly, because we were “dining in”, we noticed that the platter to serve the pizza on the table was have to be washed while we waited. When bringing the pizza out the lady asked us if we would “like plates” (my thought being, “no no, me and my family will use these 4 brown napkins on the table to eat on, wouldn’t want to make you go wash plates for us too)All in all, the $18 was worth the story. However, I truly do wish that this business is forced to declare chapter 11 in the very near future.

Ill be honest. The food wasn't terrible, but you've gotta have an iron stomach to eat here!

Ordered delivery and driver had no change, pizza was cold and not that good , wings really sucked Won't buy that again , who sends a driver out with out change , can't fix stupid

Never again. The menu says the mozzarella sticks come with marinara… yea no it came with ketchup packets and a ranch cup, NOT TO MENTION THE RANCH WAS WARMER THAN MY MOZZARELLA STICKS. That’s only the tip of the problems I have I got 2 pizzas and the only thing you can taste is cheese that’s all the ingredients are bland. Well needless to say I’ll never come back!!

Best Pizza hands down in whole Randolph county

I was originally going to give 5 stars since I've had 4 good experiences with this venue, but what happened 2 days ago changed my review. I ordered thru the pizza app which was recommended on your website. When my food didn't arrive on time I contacted a rep. They told me it would take twice the time for delivery and offered me $5 off on my next order. I was cool with that, even though I won't use that app again because it ended up costing me almost $10 more than if I had just called the store instead.My main issue is that I paid for the 18" pizza and ended up getting a 15" ( the box was only 16"). When I reported that to the rep I got no reply. This is horrible customer service which I will not tolerate. This is also considered fraud. I have proof I was ripped off and I will do whatever it takes to get this resolved.

Not that great went there and ordered in person, to-go got a large half pepperoni half cheese pizza which was bad hardly any sauce cheese just congealed on top didn’t look fresh even though I was there waiting as soon as it was done. The wings were decent but I ordered blue cheese and when I checked when I got home there was none so I drove back and they told me they didn’t have any blue cheese. The wings are okay but the service and other food isn’t that great I’d recommend elsewhere unless you just want wings

The delivery driver dropped the food in our driveway and then picked it up and handed it to us without saying anything about it. He thought we didn’t see it I guess. Then everything was burnt! Will absolutely never order from here again and hope that no one else does either. It’s a complete waste of money.

Food was hot and good but no napkins in the bag. Also just assumed we wanted Ranch instead of marinara sauce with my stromboli.

We came for the wings and they tasted amazing.
