Just discovered this place today and was very pleased when she suggested Greek dishes! I was not expecting Greek food out this way and the Gyro platter was very good with lamb and tzatziki sauce made in house! Highly recommend this place!

Parking: Very nice location, plenty of parking and sits on a few acres with nice outdoor seating patio. This place is on a low traffic road.

Great little place kinda in the middle of nowhere. Which isn't actually true, but it feels like it. Good food and good service.

How does this place have any decent reviews? 🤔 Heed my warning and drive another 10 minutes into town for better food. My group of ten were the only patrons during our meal. Note, we ate around 6PM on a Sunday. Any worth while restaurant should be busy around this time frame. The place was practically empty yet the inattentive waitress couldn't remember our orders or who got what. I ordered a gyro pita (not the gyro platter, which is more expensive) and received the gyro platter. Despite even pointing to the item on the menu while ordering it.

I ordered fried pickles as a starting appetizer, which were hardly appetizing. The pickles were chewy, rubbery, and difficult to stomach despite my ravenous hunger. I can't recall more disappointing fried pickles in my life. At least the store bought ranch was good 🤷‍♂️ From clearly instant mashed potatoes to microwaved meats, disappointment filled each plate. My gyro platter came with hardly any greasy, bland lamb meat. A blessing in disguise I suppose? They didn't have the requested onion rings so my dish was accompanied by the worst fries I have had in recent memory. I ended up not eating most of my plate and walking out hungry. My girlfriends stromboli was subpar to a Hotpocket.

Don't eat here if you value your money and have any respect for what you put into your body. This place was memorable in the worst ways. Bad food, bad service, terrible location unless you live in the area. Drive to the close by gas station and grab a snack if you're that desperate for food. At least you'll save some money and time.

Parking: Tons of parking because the locals seem to know to stay away!

I guess I wish there was a 4.7. Silos is not a gourmet restaurant. Yet, It is a very, top-notch family restaurant in a very rural setting with excellent service and high quality. The atmosphere is family and homie, and yet the architecture of the ceiling and being built around a silo is uncommonly nice. It is always super clean, and Kim, the owner, keeps it very personal and polite. If you follow my reviews you see that I don't give many fives. But consistently you can come to Silos for a very enjoyable meal. The lasagna is my favorite. For a restaurant that's not known as an Italian restaurant, it is off the chain. And they have a lot of variety on the menu: Gyros, Burgers, chicken, Italian dishes, fish and seafood, and a pallet of sandwiches and salads. It's only 5 minutes from Sawyersville Church & the setting around the restaurant is a beautiful tranquil country setting. Heck you could drive a horse to silos and tie your horse up outside. They have a place. - - When I came to Asheboro I tried a number of different places and Silos has become my regular favorite. We love to come here. The picture of the chicken parmesan does not favor it, because I couldn't wait and had already dug in. I am the pastor of Sawyersville Wesleyan Church and everyone that I have brought here loves it also. Which by the way is the only time that it's so busy that you might have to wait. So if you come right after church on Sundays bring a little patience with you. There is no other time that I have found that it gets that tremendously busy during the week. The service is fantastic and personal touch continual. The prices are moderate and reasonable. Don't hold Kim to the menu price, because with food prices going crazy these days, sometimes she has to adjust before she can print a new menu. And it's a nice, well-done menu. They are open till 9:00 at night which is a real Plus. But it is a family operated and run restaurant, and they work from early at lunch till 9:00 at night. And they're real nice people, so please get there by 8:15. She works and herr staff works 6 days a week, so they really need some home time. Monday's they are closed to recuperate. As I mentioned, this is my Asheboro favorite... Yum. Yum. Tell Kim I sent you!

Parking: Also a add-on connected lot but Sundays after church would be the only time you might need it.
