According to the cashier now this store has a pre set number of hot sauce for each items. I ask for extra sauce and the cashier refuses due to store policy. I offer to pay for the sauce and still couldn't get it because they don't have a way to charge for it. So i ate my dinner the way they wanna ! Not my way. This was so weird this is first time i heard something like this in 31 years in Asheboro. Fix this !!!

This is the best Taco Bell in the area! I pass 3 other locations specifically to come to this one. Their food is always so warm and fresh, service is friendly, and they’re extremely fast. & they never forget the avocado verde sauce lol! 10/10

They really cleaned up their act. The manager used to be mean and act really rushed and food was made different every time. Now the same manager is nicer, the place is clean and the food is made the same pretty much every time.
I ordered the dragonfruit refresca.. I received just warm sweet tea. What kinda service is that?!! I didn’t pay for just a medium warm sweet tea. C’mon! Gotta do better than this and actually get orders right!! 🤬

Unbelievable, I ordered my food in the rain, and they had me repeat the order several times. I got soaked, got to the window, not one word was said to me, not even the total for my order, and at the end of it all, they still managed to get my order wrong. After repeating it, several times.
Update: I tried this location once again today, and once again, almost everything I ordered was incorrect, even going so far as completely missing an entire burrito that costs $7. It's unbelievable that even after so much time, the consistency in orders being correct is still so low. I'll not be returning here again, and don't recommend going to this one either.

Ordered inside and was paying wit cash. No one offered to take my payment and I never got my food. Observed health violations while there: an employee was playing on her phone and touching her hair with gloves on, then handled several customers food with the same gloves. I won't be back
