Don't ask for anything extra because they wont give it to you. Extra steak equals extra rice. Less sour cream equals extra sour cream. The worst part the less the price of the food the more tortilla folded over to make it look full. Go to the other end of town it's much better and thats sad because this is a newer place. DONT GO HERE!

Today I went to their tocobell I ordered 6 tacos. and I forgot to order some food. but their employees were very rude and disrespectful. They made me go around in the drive-thru 3 times for 3 quesadillas I had to go to the other one down the street.
I was having a lot of issues with ordering on the app with this location so I called and misty informed me that it has been having issues today with the app here and she said for us to come in and she could help and that she did very thankful for the help misty. Above and beyond

My finances nuggets were burnt and far from fresh, my tacos had loads of lettuce with a tiny pinch of meat, the kid at the window was more concerned with seeming flirtatious then doing his job, and I had to wait a total of 13 minutes even after I placed a mobile order at home and drove to pick it up. I don’t usually bash fast food restaurants for the fact that I have worked in the industry before and it can be stressful but there’s a point when your stressed and a point where you’re just not doing your job…. I feel as though the nightshift at this location chooses the ladder.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I work right across the street and every time I’ve come here (often) they’ve gotten my order right and been extremely friendly.

Drive up to dine in and employee with a headset is smoking at the door. See us and tosses the cigarette. The dining room could have used a pass thru to wipe the tables. They could use evening sun shades. Sun glare off the floor is overwhelming.

I've gone to this one several times order then processed to wait way longer to get a quick carry-out meal than I would if I had a sit down meal at chillis
I sat for 40 minutes after ordering today, refused service, even after I had shown proof of my payment. Will contact to get my money back. Do not go here. 0/10 recommend
