My finances nuggets were burnt and far from fresh, my tacos had loads of lettuce with a tiny pinch of meat, the kid at the window was more concerned with seeming flirtatious then doing his job, and I had to wait a total of 13 minutes even after I placed a mobile order at home and drove to pick it up. I don’t usually bash fast food restaurants for the fact that I have worked in the industry before and it can be stressful but there’s a point when your stressed and a point where you’re just not doing your job…. I feel as though the nightshift at this location chooses the ladder.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I work right across the street and every time I’ve come here (often) they’ve gotten my order right and been extremely friendly.

Drive up to dine in and employee with a headset is smoking at the door. See us and tosses the cigarette. The dining room could have used a pass thru to wipe the tables. They could use evening sun shades. Sun glare off the floor is overwhelming.

I've gone to this one several times order then processed to wait way longer to get a quick carry-out meal than I would if I had a sit down meal at chillis
I sat for 40 minutes after ordering today, refused service, even after I had shown proof of my payment. Will contact to get my money back. Do not go here. 0/10 recommend

Ordered two cravings boxes both didn’t have nachos additionally they forgot to take out something I told them to. 🤦🏽♀️ Also they didn’t put in sime simple toppings like tomatoes.

The people here are usually very nice. I’ve been through here a lot and they are pretty good about getting our order ready. The place used to be clean but idk what’s going on but it was nasty in there last time I went. Everything was sticky and streaked, food all under the table. Looks like they never clean under the booths. It stunk too. They really need to step it up or they are going to get roaches and other critters. Last time I’ll be eating here for a while. Hopefully they will clean it up.

Worst place I've ever been. Completely rude to us, gave us a total messy order half of it was in the bottom of the bag. They were very rude about the situation and made us wait for ever, after two employees walked by just ignoring the situation. Never ever again!!! DO Not

Went to get some food after my kids soccer game, and also was trying to use the women bathroom but there was only one and i assumed somebody was in it because it was saying IN USE so, I waited for about 10min and then decided to knock on the door because it felt weird, all I could hear was music i guess it was a phone, and a lady said IM USING THE BATHROOM so I waited about 5 more minutes and had to go into the men bathroom since it was available ans she had no time to come out.. I finished and went ahead to eat my food, maybe after another 5 more minutes, she came out, and guess what, it was one of their employees, on the bathroom for about 20min more likely watching the phone, which I don't really care, they don't work for me, but only 1 bathroom and she decided it was fine for her to stay there for about 20 min no matter if anybody needed to use it... plus their employees were smoking marihuana on the parking lot and then saw them coming back to the restaurant to work... what a work ethic... I have no complaints about food but about service yesss... so funny, same lady on the bathroom took my order at the drive through a week ago and she was really rude plus was in a bad mood, I understand we all have problems but if you're working specially in that area that is more like customer service, you have to be nice with customers, the same way I am with anybody getting my food ready, I always talk to them nice and with respect... I hope my review will help to fix those issues.

They don’t make things the way they used to it seems. My order had 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos that were all beans. Either they were running out of ingredients or they no longer make quality food like they used to, you know the way they advertise it on commercials. There were no other cars behind me so I cannot blame it on them trying to catch up on the orders. As a matter of fact I was the only car in the drive thru so they had plenty of time to properly make the food. Other items were fine in the order but If a menu item has the name of the only ingredients it has in it why would they only put one ingredient in the food and skip on the rest?
