First time here and was impressed I had a feeling it was going to be good by the looks of the building and inside. The quesabirria was sooo good, the meat was so soft and the birria broth was so delicious. The tacos were also very bomb! I got lengua which is hard to find sometimes and it was just delicious! Agua frescas were delicious as well! Will definitely be coming back soon!!! ?La comida es muy rica era mi primera vez aqui y me encanto!!!!

This place has been around since I was a child and recently they have changed ownership and name. They are now Las Salsas Taqueria. I wasn't a fan of the mi ranchito's food quality but considering it's a new owner I decided to give it a try. I'll start off with the customer service, the girl behind the counter was very nice. I ordered three asada tacos plain, two asada tacos on a separate plate plain, and two Al pastor with everything on them. I waited about 10 minutes for my food so the service was quick. They also had a salsa bar it seemed a bit messy but had a verity of salsas to pick from as well as carrots and jelapenos but they were out of them. They also have a hot compartment with a sign that said 'potatoes, onions, and crispy tostadas' the one that was supposed to have potatoes was dirty and didn't have potatoes, the onion one was full of grilled onions, and the last one was also empty. All in all the salsa bar needed a little restock and clean up. When I got home and took out the food they messed up the order and gave me the three tacos full of onion and cilantro. So make sure you check the food before you leave. The food itself is as good. Not excellent just oaky. The asada was very fatty and the salsa wasn't good. It's okay way better than when the previous owners were in charge but definitely not something I'd go out of my way
