I've been there 2 mornings in a row for a steak and cheese biscuit and tater tots. Both days the steak was cold, and the tots too! Today the steak was cold, and the tots were so salty I couldn't eat them! I called, and they said it couldn't have been cold because it just came out of the fryer. Liars! I cussed them out and I won't be going back!

I tried this establishment 2 weeks ago, even after seeing bad reviews. My first chicken biscuit was EXCELLENT, as was my second and third. I bought 4 chicken biscuits to take home, the chicken was for sure laying in the warming rack. All dried out. Even with that I went this morning, and the chicken was totally dried out. Sorry, going back to Bo Jangles.

The biscuits at the Albemarle Rd location are absolutely horrible. I recently got a large tenderloin biscuit that had 2 small pieces of meat and the biscuit had flour all over the bottom and on the inside as well. It was literally nothing but a dough ball. The sad thing is they used to have really good biscuits, but that is no longer the case. I haven't tried the Ramseur location yet so I can't say anything about them

Have been buying food there for years and this past couple of months has been the absolute worst!... from getting food that wasn't fixed right to food being cold to the picture of this mess here the sausage is smaller than the biscut...Don't belive I'll give my business anymore

This place was amazing. HUGE biscuits, extremely friendly and hard working staff and the food was unbelievable! Service was also very fast and we enjoyed every part of our visit. First time here and will not be the last. Thank you! Drive thru line was long (probably because of how good the food is) so we went inside and so glad we did.Parking: Small parking lot but they turn people over fast so parking frees up!

I went through the drive through about 3 weeks ago and the little girl that was working the drive through tried her best to rip me off to the amount of $10.00..when I went back around to go back to the window she yelled to the manager that if her drawer was short it was going to be my fault...the people that used to run that place were amazing and knew us by our first names and were so incredibly nice every time we went there...I don't know who's running this place now but they need to be much better at selecting their employees and also customer service!!!....We're very disappointed with the people who own it now and they need to improve on the quality of the food too...hopefully they'll get it together because if not I'll be going somewhere else from now on!!
