My family and I decided to stop at this place since it looks delicious and pleasant, but a surprise for an order of 4 drinks it took more than 30 minutes.Very bad service and tasteless drinks.Not a pleasant experience.

I have visited this location several time & my most recent was a horrible experience.. I always order on the mobile app, once I arrived order wasn't in the designated pickup up location.. I ordered the chocolate truffle smoothie & it was as if it was old and refrozen. Needless to say I could drink with the straw big chunks of ice was in the drink allowed it to sit for 35 min & attempt to drink with straw still Simi frozen poured drink out & over a half banna in the drink!!!

I went through the drive thru today and was greeted, then I gave my order. No reply for lady at all I had to get her attention then she was flat out rude. The man at the window took my money was nice but when I got my drink she pretty much threw it out the window did not say a word. This girl doesn’t need to be in service of any kind. Rude workers ruin it for everyone. I am not one to complain a lot until today! She needs to find a new job not working with the public!

I was not able to actually try a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie due to the EXTREMELY slow service. When I arrived, I was the 4th car in line in the drive-thru. Approximately 25 minutes later, I arrived at the order board. Another 4.5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. At this point, there are two cars ahead of me, one at the pick up window and one in front of me. 13 minutes later, there are still two cars ahead of me. I decide to wait just a little longer, I am sure that, at this point, I might actually get that smoothie. 7 minutes later, still the same two cars are ahead of me. I decided to leave, I called the phone number for this business to let them know that I had left so that they would not waste more time fixing my order. There is no answer. This is the first and last time I will attempt to purchase from this business.

My first time ever going to a tropical smoothie Cafe. The food was great, but the girl at the drive thru window was unpleasantly ill-mannered and impolite. When she swung the drive thru window I thought she had broken it. That's how fast and ruthless she opened it. She had a mad and hateful look on her face. She did not greet me or welcomed me. I told her I had put an order online and she asked what my name was. I told her, then she stumped off and brought my food. She still had that rude and hateful look on her face and didn't tell me to have a great day or anything. You cannot run a business with employees giving out energy to their customers like the customers are an inconvenience. Honestly if I was the owner I would either train their employees with the importance of customer service or not hire and keep employees who hate their job and hate working with customers. It sucks because the food was great but when employees act like that not only is it a red flag of whether or not it is safe to eat the food there, but also noone wants to go to a business where the employees are rude and hateful.

Tried this business for the first time today and customer service was really bad. Walked in and there were 4 employees, two cleaning the main dining room and two behind the counter. Nobody said Hey, Welcome, or anything of a sort. Another person walks in and the girl behind the counter looked right at him and said Hey, how are you? I guess i must have been a ghost or something, but that's ok. You won't have to worry about me coming to or spending money in this place again. Customer service is a rare breed now a days with this new generation. Not impressed at all.
