My girl and I went here to get frosties and some food for the night, and they were delicious. It did take quite a while to get our food, especially considering we ordered online, we were about 10 minutes driving and sat for about 15 minutes in the dining area, turns out that they ran out of the food we had ordered, but they just didn't tell us. I had to walk over to the counter to find out that info. But an employee came over and fixed everything, and they even started making some jokes that really lightened the mood.

Daniel deserves a promotion!! He really saved the day for us. Our fries were cold and stale and we went inside to request a new batch. Daniel was off the clock, but he saw me and was ready to assist. We told Daniel what was going on, and he immediately told his team members and made it right. He is dedicated and careful in his work.

Horrible experience the employees working 3-17-25 around 1030pm sucked and was rude. My food was Horrible, that place has definitely gone down hill, I don't think I will be going to any WENDY'S from now own and it's a shame too. I placed a mobile order gave them my name and the guy said we don't have your order, I said I have already paid I had a mobile order he said we'll why didn't u just say that with his attitude I said I did then he wanted me to park to wait for my food when there was 2 addicts fighting at the drive thru I told him I wasn't comfortable doing that he said I'm sure u will be just fine still with a attitude my food was cold and thrown together they hardly put any toppings on ur food I swear u can't find good help nowadays it's sad.

Orderd 2 well doneburgers, they weren't well done, and very sloppily put together. Wendy's in Asheboro, didn't give me a receipt thus not allowing me to review on Wendy's site. I was there on 2/15/25 approximately 5.05 pm. Think this will be last time unless I go inside and check my order before leaving. Very disappointed, Wendy's is only fast food I eat and only couple times a year. Maybe they don't need or want my patronage. Burgers I received looked nothing like the one's on their commercials. Very disappointed đ

Specifically drove to Wendyâs & waited in line for 10 minutes, only 2 cars in front of me, I just wanted a baked potato only to be told âwe donât have any baked potatoesâ Very frustrating & not the first time itâs happened. Looking at the other reviews itâs a common thing. If itâs on the menu, have them available, you know people are going to order them. Appears to be just laziness not wanting to cook more.
