Waited in line for at least 15 minutes to give my order. Left the line because in that time no orders had been taken and only one order (2 hamburgers) had been delivered. Disgusting that even with ridiculous high prices they can't take orders or cook food!

The food was pretty good, but the service was very slow. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you are on a schedule. It took more than 30 minutes just to order and there were only about 5 people in front of me.

Burger was hot and fresh. Amazing customer service - super friendly, helped with our used dishes. This positive experience could have been caused by the zoo being empty when we went.

Overpriced if course but the worst part is the cold bun, cold cheese, and cold burger. Also charging for refills when your soda is already $7 is a ripoff.

Cold disgusting overpriced burger I waited for 30 minutes, the button that should have worked when it was ready, didn’t work and no one called me, I was just lucky that I was standing near the pick-up window. The staff behaves coldly and unfriendly.

Slow, disorganized

Food is outrageously overpriced, as I stood there forever waiting bc the kids lost my ticket, I watched several others experience incorrect orders. Would demand a refund if this was any normal restaurant.

If you enjoy a cold burger and cold disrespectful staff you are in the right place. The fried pickles were okay. The tots were mush. Skip Wild Burger. That dude clearly doesn't want that job anyhow

Tried to over charge me by $15. When I asked for an itemized receipt because I knew I was being overcharged, the kid said he'd give me 2 of the waters for free. It brought my bill down from $90 to $75 which is what it should've been in the first place without any free drinks.

Definitely 0-star if I can. The worst customer service I’ve met in the past 10 years! The lady and the man are both impatient and rude to customers. Prepare your own food before you come to the zoo. Don’t spend a cent here!

Very nasty customer service. The lady has a very nasty attitude and the taller guy is very impatient to kids. I do not recommend this place.
