Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I don’t usually eat fast food but I make an exception for Zaxbys. This was my first time at this location as I’m new to the area. The young lady at the register was very sweet but everything else was horrible. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. About 15-20 minutes in, I’m assuming it was the manager, came over and apologized and said the wings were having to be cooked and it was delaying our order so she gave us free meal vouchers, cool. Finally we get our food.. of course, the only thing hot is the wings we were waiting on- everything else is cold. I open my signature chicken sandwich to find lettuce and mayo… that’s not even how it’s made. I take it back, another apology… he’s new she said. They remake the sandwich and I wait another 10 minutes. By now, my other half is almost done eating. And of course my already cold fries are inedible so I have to ask for fresh fries. At this point, the dine in experience was ruined. This is easily the worst experience I’ve had at Zaxbys. Again, the young lady at the cashier was sweet and apologetic but you can only apologize so much!

If you order through Door Dash expect to receive no sauces, utensils, or any optional modifications made to a standard order. Fries weren't fully cooked and the chicken was cold. You can definitely tell how passionate people are to do the very basics of their job in 2025....

I recently visited here and had a mixed experience. When I arrived, I ordered my meal and took a seat near another customer. When my order was ready the cashier approached me in a manner that felt aggressive, which made me uncomfortable.
I observed different interactions between the staff and other patrons; which, added to my confusion in the service dynamics I received in the restaurant.
As a customer, I believe everyone deserves respectful treatment regardless of their background or who they are sitting by. While the food was up to par, the service experience left me feeling unsatisfactory.
I hope the management can address these issues to create a more welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

I got there 15 minutes before they closed and only wanted a milkshake. Before I said anything the lady rudely said that no matter what I ordered it would be at least a 30 minute wait because I got there so close to closing. I said that was fine and I just wanted a milkshake. She said they couldn’t do that because they were cleaning the machine for the night. I asked if they were able to make one since they were open and clean the machine after. She laughed and said NO!

This zaxbys honestly impressed me so much! In this day and age at a fast food restaurant its genuinely every man for himself. But the manager ensured our order was correct, that we had all the sauce, our food was out before i even made my drink, and even came by to throw away our tray when we were finished. They were all very friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. 5 stars across the board thanks again!

I recently tried the Kickin’ Chicken from Zaxby’s, and it exceeded my expectations. The spicy flavor was perfectly balanced and the chicken was tender and juicy, making for a delicious sandwich. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and well seasoned, and I love the variety of dipping sauces, especially the classic Zax Sauce YUMMYYYYYYYYY. I have friends who work there, Esbeydi Robbie and Aiden Shelton, but my appreciation for the Kickin’ Chicken is purely based on my experience. I’ve enjoyed this sandwich multiple times, and it consistently delivers great flavor. If you’re in the mood for a tasty meal, I highly recommend

This is my least favorite chain but my wife and kids favorite. So I made the stop for a 3pc meal and a 5pc meal added a shake $4*.00. Tossed my shrimp instead of the chicken (mmm teriyaki shrimp and sauceless cardboard chicken) really? The one positive I take from this no one was there so our food came out quick!
