I always enjoy stopping by Gwendy’s when in Ayden. Today I enjoyed the most delicious cinnamon roll and butter pecan cookies. Their cheese straw hearts make the perfect snack. Just this week the owner donated a chocolate mousse cake to be auctioned off at our county fair to support our military. So not only is this an excellent place to eat, but it is wonderful that they give back to the community.

Lovely place. We took a road trip from Morehead City to visit the simply natural creamery farm and stopped at gwendy's for lunch. First time there and will go back next time in the area. Food was delicious. Service first rate. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend

My visit to Gwendys Cafe was delicious! I ordered Club sandwich special came w a side and drink for $10. I also purchased cinnamon roll, carrot cake and Chicken salad on croissant. Cafe seating is limited but I ordered to go. Very nice employee/ cashier. Several pastries cookies and bread to choose from Will try on my next visit.

I drive to FarmVille and go by here for snacks for my merchants. They have the best food and breakfast. I like buying self employed businesses they have the healthiest food

Everything there is great seriously. We've had breakfast, lunch, bread and bakery items. Atmosphere wonderful, Gwendy and staff absolutely the best!
