Daily special today (Thursday) was chicken & pastry, potato salad, collards or yams & huahpuppies. Pretty good but nothing to write home about. Place is very old and worn looking. Pretty busy with take out orders. Would like to come back on seafood Friday and bbq Saturday, for which there are a lot of positive reviews. They say they roast and prepare their own bbq.
Checked out this place tonight. Seafood night...great food for such a small place. The only negative is the size. There are not a lot of tables and they were small. The staff was ok but could have been more courteous.
