We went thru the drive thru tonight. Ordering $77.48 worth of food. We were pulled up which was to be expected. We waited 10/15 minutes for our food to be walked out. The cheese wasnt melted on the burgers and they were dry even with the condiments. The chicken tenders were like chewing on a rubber. I have tried to call the establishment multiple times, only for it to go to a fax. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere from now on. Such a waste.

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing, especially because the unprofessional behavior I witnessed involved the manager . While I was there, the manager Stacey spoke to an employee in a rude, aggressive tone and even cussed at them loudly in front of customers. I heard the employee say her name and I made a mental note of it. The situation escalated when the employee made a smart comment back to the manager, creating an even more uncomfortable scene. What made this especially concerning is that my kids were with me and heard all of the inappropriate language. Because of the behavior and the atmosphere, I didn’t even feel comfortable staying to eat and decided to take my food to go. Unfortunately, even after all that, the food didn’t taste good. The quality didn’t match what I expected, and the overall experience—from the environment to the meal itself—was extremely disappointing. I left uncomfortable, frustrated, and honestly shocked that this level of behavior was happening in front of customers, especially children. I won’t be returning, and I hope upper management takes these issues seriously.

Lobby was spotless. Staff was friendly, acknowledged us and welcomed us to the dining room. Brought our food with napkins and condiments. Will be going back!!!

It just takes forever to get what you ordered they have no system to get orders out quickly and or not enough people to handle the work load

I haven't been to hardees in a while however stopped here as I had time for lunch. The chicken there use here are those steroid chickens as the textured of my sandwich was rubbery and dry. I honestly thought it was raw at first and they swapped it out only for the replacement to be the same and inspecting the neat showed no signs of rawness. I don't reccomend and suggest avoiding hardees altogether

While eating a disgruntled male employee proceeded to lose his lid and went on a full rant with every kind of profane language......while having a convo with his manager...... I had to stand up, yell, and address the unprofessional absurdity to eat my meal with my wife in peace. WILL NOT RETURN!!

The morning manager was more interested in what was going on with her damn cell phone than taking care of customers. I tapped on the window and was like hello I want my damn food. She just kept looking down at her phone and out a finger up like hold on a minute. I yelled at her to give my damn food. She continues to ignore me. Then when I finally got my food it was already cold. I told her that I would never become back and she was like I don't care whatever. They ought to close the damn doors of this place. Horrible food, horrible service. Just Gross. DO NOT EAT HERE
