This one particular manager is not customer friendly. They will make you wait 20 minutes before they acknowledge you. Filing a complaint against the manager that grabbed my food from me even though it was ready and done. There was just no staff at the counters to assist, everyone was in the back area (kitchen).

I have been going to this McDonalds since I was a kid. Never had a problem with their food until recently. For the past year I have had the worst customer service. I placed an order yesterday and it was for takeout. I waited at the pick up area for 15 minutes before getting assisted. The frappes I ordered weren’t even full. The fries were cold. The workers had attitudes and I was being polite.
The management and team here have the worst attitudes. Ayden NC is the worst location. Don’t go here.

They kept their restrooms clean. That was all we needed this place for since it was attached to the gas station.

This place was under staffed and a worker was showing attitude toward customers after repeating to go to the drive thru or use the order machine to the safe 3 people over and over again then proceeded to yell at other workers and both me and my family for the order machine not taking our card

If you want to be interrupted every five seconds, told to hurry up, be asked what else after every word you say, rushed at the order board and told to hurry up and just to go to the window before you’re done ordering, this is THE location to go to!! :)

Very rude and inconsiderate first time they told me to pull forward. I got hit by an idiot that was behind me and now tonight they had me pull forward so rude handing me the food can’t even say here you go here’s your 20 piece and your 10 piece no here is your 10 piece so I had to make sure and she walked off before I even could so honestly awful experience here they need to be more customer friendly and maybe have a better efficient system instead of trying to cheat our time clock and having people pull forward and get hit.
Not exactly a welcoming atmosphere! The restaurant cleaning staff needs to get busy. The food was okay. But I'm not going to spend my hard earned money on food that's only okay! The staff was very friendly.

Honestly the worst McDonald's in north carolina. Been this way for years. Just keeps getting worse. Burnt nuggets, old fries, raw double quarter pounder, and the worst drive threw known to man. Do better. Ba da ba ba baa your killing me. In all honesty I hope I don't die from taking a bit of this crap.

Here on alot of Friday night. I always order ahead on the app. Seem to l spend several minutes in the drive thru line but tonight is ridiculous. Pushing 20 minutes now and all I have is my drink
