Went in today to get food and the cashier , i guess he’s the owner, thought he gave my food to someone else and told me that i picked my food up already(which was a lie) and then told me that my receipt was old that clearly has today’s date and time on it. He decided to try to act as if he was looking in the trash to prove to me that I’ve already picked up my food so i demanded a refund. He clearly ignored me, the other cooks were afraid to say anything in my defense when they know I’ve been standing there waiting for my order the entire time until the owner (i guess) decided to look in one of the bags and realized my food was still sitting there waiting. I wanted a refund but he started to act as if he couldn’t understand me so i just left. I will not return, i do not like how i was treated and how he acted as if i really wanted to steal a meal. Why would i be standing on the wall waiting for food with a current receipt if i didn’t order anything. I see why they have a B grade. All he had to do was turn around and look but he decided he wanted to cause confusion!

This place is trash 🚮 I gave them a chance TWICE and both times I’ve had to take the food back because it was burnt. The quality and care in this place makes no sense! Sad that this is the only one Ayden has. Do better!

Haven't had a bad experience with the food but the cashier is absolutely rude. She doesn't greet the customer and you can barely hear her when she speaks. Customer service is also important when serving food. She needs to be retrained or paid more ATTENTION TO about her actions or this place will loose customers.

I grew up just outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, that being said, I know my Chinese cuisine from going to China Towns there and in Oakland. My dish was miniscule. My Chow Mein (crispy fried noodles) was just cabbage (bok choy) was told chow mein means cabbage. If I'm wrong, the whole rest of the world is wrong with me. I'd say it was the worse representation of a diaspora of Chinese cuisine I've ever had and I've had Chinese food on the Navajo Reservation, which was actually delicious. I hope it was just a bad day for them. Still looking for a GOOD Chinese food place.
Lobby could have used a good sweeping and mopping also. I wish this gentleman's business well.

This by far the worst food experience ever. I ordered hibachi shrimp/steak/chicken I had more onions than meat and I only had like 4 little pieces of steak .I’ve never seen shrimp so small smh. They need to do better.

Came in today and eat in and the cash register she needs to speak up I could barely hear her plus she needs to remove them ear Ipods off because not just me but all the customers that came in had to repeat 2 or 3 times there orders so she can hear .

This used to be my spot for rib tips now they be so burnt and hard. Even when I say I don't want them burnt and hard they still be burnt and hard. The prices are higher than most Chinese restaurant in surrounding area. I don't mind paying higher prices but I mind if my food is burnt and hard.

Been going here for two years now. Disappointed tonight is a understatement.
Ordered white rice got shrimp fried rice.
I'm missing items such as egg rolls. Never have an issue but tonight was beyond disappointing and not just due to missing items.

My order was missing the extra broccoli I paid for and the egg roll that comes with it. The beef had no flavor and was gummy in texture. The only redeeming thing was the Crab Rangoon. Extremely upset with this quality.
