The food portions are nice. The staff is friendly and generous. The pork is fine chop and delicious. The slaw is outstanding. Bananapudding are a must addition to the BBQ. Skylight Inn BBQ is simply unbeatable. The pit-cooked BBQ is tender, flavorful, and just melts in your mouth. Their vinegar-based sauce is a perfect blend. The lines can be long, and there are no hush puppies or vegetarian options available. Go early, the place gets really busy at noon! Skylight Inn BBQ has mastered the art of BBQ, and it's a must visit.
