I am quite the barbecue junkie, and for the first time in about 2 years, my top 5 barbecue joints changed. Skylight Inn is the best barbecue I've ever had. Period. I love the simplicity of the restaurant, and especially the fact that you can buy a gallon of sweet tea(excellent sweet tea, that is!). The cornbread is simply divine. The slaw is a bit sweeter than I am used to but it is outstanding. I definitely would like to have that plate of cue and slaw again right about now!
