This is a veteran owned bar and a really nice guy. Everyone needs to stop in and say hello. I was there for a special event steak night, and it was awesome (get there early). Normally you order from a near by restaurant and it's delivered.

The atmosphere is pretty laid-back and welcoming, making it an easy place to unwind. You'll find the staff are consistently friendly and make you feel right at home.
One of the things that keeps people coming back is that there's usually something going on. They do a good job of planning different activities throughout the week, so it's worth seeing what they've got scheduled. You can often find things like live music, karaoke nights, pool tournaments, and even events like "Paint & Sip" or themed music nights.
It's just a solid local tavern where you can relax, meet up with friends, and enjoy a good time without any pretense. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I witnessed a whole brawl break out a while back to a guy over something that wasn’t even his fault, not to mention how it escalated from a fun time to chaos. If you come here bring something with you while your at it cause this place is filled with idiots.

I wish you guys would do better with letting us know who is playing. My sister in law just asked who was at the Dog House tonite, 2/17/24, I looked & looked & couldn't find ANYTHING. Maybe use white shoe polish on the front window to let at least us locals who will be there. My son plays poker there, but that's every Friday. The shoe polish was a just a suggestion ..not hard to remove either.
