This place is always short staffed and doesn't seem like the people that do work here have received the proper training. Waited a little over 30 minutes for 2 bus it's and a coffee and one of the biscuits was wrong. While waiting 6 other people came up with orders prepared wrong.

Only gave 3 stars so they can’t delete my post. This has to be the most nastiest, filthy, atrocious Hardee’s I ever been to. The customer service is non existent. The drive thru lady rushed me through my order and ended up getting my order wrong. Not only that the fries I were given were disgusting. The oil was bad and fries were soggy. The burger they gave me was messy. I would not eat here. The restaurant is dirty. Bathrooms are never clean. This place is the slums.

Paid for a 3 piece tender and got two tenders and a nugget.. this has happened so many times. They don’t care at all about their jobs, and are rude. Last time I went in, despite it not being busy the place was a mess, took 10 minutes to serve me and I got the privilege of watching them including the manager just have conversations about their weekend while I was the only person waiting

Not busy, we were only customers inside, drive through not busy. Manager busy with cleaning, but store was dirty and bathrooms worse! Food took longer than necessary to get. Staff was loud, one was vaping…. All but one staff member appeared to be on break. Do not recommend! I wonder if regional management checks this store?

My Name is Debra Johnson former Shift leader of B.N.E (Hardee's) I've worked at 3 locations, wilson (301) we're I was trained and March of 2024 I was stationed at my supposed to permanent store(Bailey), I am speaking out on this because while employed with this company I was made to feel as if I wasn't important enough to be heard, it was a nightmare, although I am a great worker with amazing work ethics, I often was discouraged this is one of the Primary reasons why people aren't working, they're not appreciated, underpaid and over worked, no token or even words of appreciation, will post pics of the last email sent to the C.E.O who directed me to the H.R (spencer) this man used every tactic to discredit my concerns and make me the problem, when I told I was poked in my head by the general Mgr and suggested that he watched footage from 8/12 and8/13 he told me that he wasn't going to watch all of that and nothing else was said about that, I have been in contact with the N.A.A.C.P AND the E.E.O.C, I WILL BE SHARING MY STORY AND ALSO RELEASING TEXT MESSAGES AND CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN DM, GM, AND EMAILS FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM (DEBRA ENDURANCE JOHNSON) I AM ALSO IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE LOCAL NEWS CHANNELS AS WELL AS TMZ, WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION IS REAL, RACISM IS STILL ALIVE AND PEOPLE ARE ENDURING BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO SURVIVE, HOWEVER THE INJUSTICE IS OUT OF CONTROL, I CHOSE NOT TO WALK AWAY, BUT TO STAND THROUGH IT ALL, WHEN I MADE THE CHOICE TO STAND, THE OPPOSITION BECAME GREAT, I AM NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH HARDEE'S AND THIS CHOICE WAS MADE AFTER BEING RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND THE GM (YOLANDA FORREST HILLS) REFUSED TO CALL EMS AND I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES, SHE SHOWED NO CONCERN UNTIL AFTER I CALLED AND WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL. Stopped for an early lunch and met Tonya. She was the nicest person I believe I have ever met at a restaurant. What a great employee! She really made the restaurant feel homey
Went to pick up a doordash and seen one of the employees touching the burger buns with NO GLOVES ON. Disgusting. Brought it to one of the ladies attention. While I was there they NEVER threw those buns out. Said they took care of the situation. Will NEVER trust this location after that.

After reading the reviews before making this post I see not much has changed, stopped in on my way to work to get dinner. The lady who took my order was on the phone the entire time, I'm not usually one to write reviews but I waited 20 minutes for tenders. I've stopped twice in a week and both times I experienced crazy wait times, everyone working seemed like they hated life. The tenders I got were absolutely disgusting. The breading was almost burned on the outside and raw in the inside. If you're in bailey late and looking for a bite keep on driving. However I've never had a problem with the breakfast staff.
