Went through the drive through on my way to work thinking it would be 10 mins max, I waited in the drive through line for over 25 mins and I only ordered a kids meal cheese burger, a chocolate shake and a large sweet tea. The employees were rude when I asked if my cheeseburger was plain, they didn’t even include a straw in the bag for any thing so I have to resort to using a coffee stir from my work across the street! My cheeseburger is dry and cold so I don’t think I was waiting that long for anything to be made fresh ?? I used to love coming here and all I was wanting was a good cheeseburger… but this location is something else for real.

Place was a filthy mess. We got our food in bags for eat in. No one in the restaurant. Shift manager and both counter servers were sitting in a booth while we were in the restaurant. ZERO STARS ON CLEANLINESS!
Walked in to have a nice lunch with my brother grandpa niece and nephew we got are meal on one trey and unorderly the box of fries was overflown and dumped everywhere on the floor i went to the bathroom and came back to a pool of fries on the floor...

My husband walked in yesterday to order to go. There was no one in there and the employees were sitting at dining room table on their phones. He ordered chicken tender meal and ham&cheese sandwich. Only to get to house and no ham and cheese. Poor service, lazy workers, and can’t even get two items in bag!!!
