I purchased a combo meal for $10 and sum change the sandwich is so cold I’m scared to eat it because it may be in the DANGER ZONE the cheese never could have melted this is ridiculous considering I spent 20 minutes in the drive through

If you were to imagine what a Hardee's should be - this is it. Nothing fancy, not above and beyond, but a clean place, friendly staff and fresh food. That's all I ask for.

It is fast-food, so on that scale: Food was as expected. Service was mediocre, also expected. Disappointed they have not had shakes, at that location, apparently for a very long time. I do not know if this is company wide. I would prefer the shake, over the food, personally.
Went through the drive through on my way to work thinking it would be 10 mins max, I waited in the drive through line for over 25 mins and I only ordered a kids meal cheese burger, a chocolate shake and a large sweet tea. The employees were rude when I asked if my cheeseburger was plain, they didn’t even include a straw in the bag for any thing so I have to resort to using a coffee stir from my work across the street! My cheeseburger is dry and cold so I don’t think I was waiting that long for anything to be made fresh ?? I used to love coming here and all I was wanting was a good cheeseburger… but this location is something else for real.

Had the steak biscuits two for $5. Older building that could use a remodel but was clean. The food was fresh and hot and very good.
