I stop in here a lot for breakfast since it is near where I work. I almost always use the drive thru and it is always fast and my order is always accurate. I love the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich and the hash rounds.
8 there last night french fries hot dogs won't cooked all the way on the inside the hot dogs were called the chili was cold the fries were only thing that was decent was the iced

This id the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. From the employee’s wanting to fight each other to asking question about menu items and having employees get completely rude did not even order after being treated badly. I will never visit this Hardee’s again. If they don’t get new management and staff it will not be open long.

Went through drive thru and ordered food as soon as I heard the voice I new something would be wrong with my order the guy kept rushing me evertime I order something by giving me the price but I ignored it and kept ordering. When I pulled up to the window there was no one to be seen behind the registers but I could see all of them sitting out front laughing and carrying on finally a girl comes walking back there from the front looking like she hated life she got my food and handed it to me and when I said have a good night her response was yeah. I live 5 minutes from there when I get home missing burger so I had to go back they have one manager there I think his name is James when he's working food is great and service is great but the manager that was there on night shift 2/9/24 around 8:30 pm there's usually always a problem with either food quality are service every time that same crew is working it looks like they spend more time socializing that doing there jobs wish it would give you the option to put 0 stars cause that crew doesn't deserve 1 star

No matter if you go inside or through the drive thru, be prepared to wait. Most of the time, the service is friendly, but there are times when you do not get good service. The food is usually cold or definitely not fresh. This has been going on for years. Seems like after all the complaints that they could clean this place up & come up with more efficient ways on the preparation and service. Again, most employees are usually great,it's just the wait time makes no sense when the food is still cold or not even fresh. Come on Bailey, Tighten Up!!

We went through the drive thru for my husband. He said it was good and made fresh.
Well went in side for a simple order and took over a minute for the blond girl to get off her phone to take my order. Got my drink in a few seconds but the food was again held up by this girl she was on her phone again which delayed my food.She needs to get off her phone and help customers.

Overall, the food was ok. It's was warm, and other than that, I had to go back and ask for new fries. The older lady was so sweet and had great customer service. Unfortunately, the young lady in the drive thur had an attitude because the customer kept coming through the drive thur. And the manager was on her phone the whole time in the lobby. I understand they need breaks, but when u and the cashier from Drive, thur are both on the phone in the lobby, kind of an issue.
