Mary's needs a serious lesson in Italian cuisine. I was perusing their menu and I was impressed. They list "Calzone with ricotta" and right next to it, "Stromboli with mozzarella." "Great," I thought, "they clearly understand the difference between a calzone and a Stromboli!" This gave me real hope, as it's a distinction many restaurants in the area seem to miss.
Further down the menu, they offer the option to add up to four items to your calzone or Stromboli. Naturally, I assumed this was for customization purposes. I was eager to try their standard Stromboli, confident that ordering it as-is would get me a real Stromboli – you know, the one with a minimum of mozzarella, ham, pepperoni, and marinara sauce all baked inside the dough.
Boy, was I wrong. What I received was an embarrassment: just mozzarella cheese wrapped in dough. This isn't a Stromboli; it's barely glorified cheesy bread. It's an insult to anyone who knows the joy of a properly made Stromboli.
To make matters worse, this was a takeout order, so there was no chance to rectify the situation. Seriously you need to get your act together. Misrepresenting a classic dish like this is unacceptable. Until they learn the difference between a Stromboli and cheesy bread, I strongly advise ordering elsewhere. P.S. If they don't figure this out soon, someone might send Cousin Vinny over there, if you know what I mean.
Seriously though if I had gotten a stromboli, I'd have given them a five-star review, I've had their Pizza it's the best in the area, I've had their Philly cheesesteak all the way, it was damn good. The cheese wrapped in dough calling it a Stromboli wipes away four stars

The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. I’m very critical on pizza but Mary’s hit the spot. The pizza tasted amazing and ingredients were fresh. I even at the crust which I rarely do! Definitely check them out!

The food is delicious! I’m picky with pizza as some places aren’t the best. But Mary’s is perfect to me! I even ate the crust, which I rarely do. Highly recommend trying them out. Everything tasted fresh as well!

Been twice. First time, got a hot sub and a calzone. Both of those items were fantastic. The employees are very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the pizza. I don't know if it's a quality issue with the ingredients or what, but it was simply nothing special. The dough seemed dry and almost cracker-like, the sauce seemed to be missing some key ingredient, and the whole thing was just... meh. When no one even THINKS of committing the mortal sin of dabbing away excess grease, you know something must be wrong.

Absolutely the best Calzone that I have ever eaten. The ingredients are always so fresh. Prices are very good for the amount of food that you receive. Calling in was very easy. You can order online, but I have not done that. I have also had the cheese pizza and the veggie pizza. Sooo good! Finally, an Italian Pizzeria that is worth the trip!!! Love Mary's Pizza at Leaning Tree!!!

The pizza is amazing, laid back atmosphere. Actually had fun, joking with the staff while waiting. Has a beautiful seating area outside. Definitely recommend!

You’re finally open and well worth the wait!! Pizza to die for authentic NY pizza in Bailey?? I ordered chicken parmigiana sandwich as well excellent you did not disappoint the food is great. Maybe add meatball parmigiana sub too? Just a thought. I will be ordering again soon
