Absolutely perfect sweet treats! Looking forward to going back!

A HIDDEN GEM!! We had a sweet tooth today, searched online, and this hidden gem is apparently the only bakery that stays open later than 3pm. Let me just start by saying that this place is worth the drive, worth every mile! The owner is as sweet as she can be and walked us through every item, flavor, and price. Her love and passion for what she does shows through her amazing customer service. We bought a variety of goodies, more than pictured but the rest didn’t make it home. I am not exaggerating when I say that the burst of flavor when I bit into the cinnamon streusel cake pop brought a tear to my eye. All of the treats we bought were flavorful, moist, and were obviously baked with love. Our experience was 20x better than we expected. Make the drive and try one of everything- you won’t regret it. We will certainly become regulars!

LISTEN! We we're just cruising & stumbled across this bakery. If you blink you'll miss it but we decided to stop. When we opened the doors we knew we had found a hidden gem in the heart of Bailey. The smell alone was of sugar, spice & everything nice, inviting us right up to the counter. The counters were filled with cupcakes, cake pops, cakes, cake slices & YES, even freshly made loaves of bread & dinner rolls! We ended up purchasing an italian cream cupcake with walnuts & coconut, chocolate dipped cake pop, a slice of pigpickin' cake & a 2 pack of sugar cookies. When we got home...the smiles that hit our faces from pure enjoyment & excitement...10/10! The cake was soft & not overly sweet, the cookies were buttery & crisp & the cake pop did not exist after the third bite from our 3 year old. We are looking forward to weekly visits to The Dessert Cake Company of Bailey & looking forward to trying her other items. If you're on the way home or just enjoying family time Thursday-Saturday, make the time to stop by. You will not be disappointed!

We just moved to Bailey and my daughter’s birthday was that weekend. We bought cupcakes, cake pops and coffee cake. It was all amazing. Will not go anywhere else for sweet treats!

I've been in search for a bakery since moving to the area. I came across this bakery online in Bailey and it's only a short drive for me. When I arrived the lady greeted me and was so friendly. I purchased two carrot cake slices and red velvet cupcakes....oh my goodness. The flavor was so delicious. The carrot cake was so moist and delicious. The red velvet cake was absolutely amazing in flavor. I will definitely be back here. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the owner and how delicious the desserts are.

Super friendly staff and delicious treats! Got some cookies that were perfectly chewy and flavored, and a really great Hershey cupcake! Definitely highly recommend and will be returning!

Stepped in while checking out the area. Picked up a Hershey chocolate cupcake and it was delicious. Topping tasted just like Hershey's, and the cupcake was moist and fluffy. Look forward to more visits.
