Just moved to Bailey and have heard great things about Tracy's Cafe. Finally had a chance to try and It was the Best tenderloin biscuit I have EVER eaten . It was huge and prices way below fast food breakfast. The staff was so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely be bringing all my family to experience this hidden gem in my new town.

Best HoBo biscuits and on Bun I have ever had in my life. You must have the tenderloin, egg, and cheese too! The old reliable Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits are reliably awesome too. Of course, the dang hoop cheese biscuits are so good, you order extra so you have to eat for lunch, supper and breakfast the next day!! We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Bailey! Just don’t tell everybody about it though, it’s already so busy you sometimes have to wait to park. (Just kidding, Just being selfish). Thank you Tracy! I will never have to cook breakfast again!!

The place is good, if you have time to waste, waited 35-40 minutes just to get a biscuit and a plate while others ordered after us and got theirs before us, will never go there again

Grabbed a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit with side of tater tots. If not for the sausage, this biscuit would've been bland. I'm looking a lot for salt, butter, or anything else. Tater tots are tater tots. Nothing else to say.
It's fine as a breakfast biscuit, and the price. But I'll likely give them a few months before revisiting.
