Best HoBo biscuits and on Bun I have ever had in my life. You must have the tenderloin, egg, and cheese too! The old reliable Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits are reliably awesome too. Of course, the dang hoop cheese biscuits are so good, you order extra so you have to eat for lunch, supper and breakfast the next day!! We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Bailey! I enjoyed biscuits at Tracey's Cafe, The biscuit was perfectly golden and flaky on the outside, while a soft, buttery on the inside.
I enjoyed the plain, with jam and I had the Tenderloin and Cheese biscuit. I wish I had taken a picture of the Tenderloin and Cheese biscuit.

Have eaten breakfast here since we moved to bailey in ‘17 - always fantastic customer service and food. We eat either here or amy joes if we want to do take away breakfast. Good southern food no frills. Love supporting local businesses like this.
