Came in here today with my family, there was one girl and the line out the door. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She informed me and my family it was her SECOND day and she was alone I was incredibly impressed. You all need to give that girl a raise, handled it like a pro.

We just left the shop a few minutes ago. Always wanted to try it. This is the tiniest scoop we’ve ever had at a shop anywhere. This is a regular sugar cone with one scoop. It was $5.30 plus $1 tip. Very disappointing. It was eaten in less than 3 minutes. Are your scoops always this little? The gal serving was sweet. I didn’t say anything because these was a customer on a leg scooter right behind us, and I didn’t want her to have to keep standing waiting for us. This was not worth $5.30 plus tip. Sorry.

Great ice cream, no complaints! Not crazily priced for a couple scoops, we had the pralines and the deer tracks flavors, which were both succulent with a nice amount of solids.

They are very friendly. They have great coffee. It could be served a bit hotter for me but I like my coffee melt your face off hot. My wife got the Chocolate covered strawberry Latte and I got the Jacked Up TN Toffee. I definitely recommend checking them out if you can.

We were visiting the Banner Elk area from FL and the kids wanted some ice cream after a long hike to a waterfall. The girl working was so kind, she let the kids try a few flavors before they made their decision. Their scoop sizes are VERY generous! The Lemon Cheesecake Bar flavor was my favorite!
