I can't say enough Good things about this restaurant. My husband brought me last night for my birthday. The food was so tasty and the man Paul who was singing live was a lot of fun!

Food was superb. Drinks were great. Bananas Fosters Flambe and Cherries Jubilee Flambe as well as the Brownie ice cream Fambe for dessert were unbelievable. Basically, they KNOCK IT OUT OF THE BALLPARK ON ALL ASPECTS. THE RAINSParking: Plenty of parking

I enjoyed the food. However, the service isn't great. If you pay for pricey food you can afford better staff.

Great food and environment. Inside is much classier than the outside suggests. Service was amazing...attentive, fun, respectful and their recommendations were on point. Where else can you get Felix's tableside masterpieces? Will definitely be back next time we're in town.

Delicious food and great service! We already made another reservation because we have to go again before the end of our trip.

The staff was absolutely excellent and amazing. We came here every single day we were here. I absolutely love it and you should totally make it out here!

Can't wait to come back. We were killing time in Banner Elk and sat at the bar on Saturday night. Enjoyed wonderful music and drinks. Tried the Roasted Sweet Pepper Appetizer. A house salad and the seabass. We watched multiple tableside desserts and coffees be made.

I've been here twice with my family, and I wasn't disappointed. This Is a very formal restaurant and the employees and staff always male sure you are having the best dining experience. We weren't rushed, and I'm not lying when I say that the food was the BEST by far I've ever eaten in my life. Don't even get me started on the desserts. They put on an entire show in the restaurant while they make you dessert, so if you grab dinner here one night, make sure you get a dessert because you won't forget your experience. The desserts and food is just something out of this world and I strongly recommend this place especially if your have a special occasion its a really fun time!

Fine dining - depending on your definition. We booked a reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday on a Saturday evening. The menu looked fantastic so we were excited to try it. We arrived about 15 min early, but then waited quite a while past our reservation time for a table. Meanwhile, we sat in the lobby and could hear their live singer, along with a quite rowdy crowd. Don't get me wrong - the singer is quite talented. But the others participating in the drunk singalong? not so much. It was too loud in the lobby to hear conversation and it would have been impossible to enjoy our meal as a family in the wedding-reception-with-people-we-don't-know vibe. After the long wait for our table, we asked the hostess to please seat us in Sorrento's which she did (it was almost 9pm before we got drinks.) Grateful for the Italian comfort food but it was not the fine dining experience I had hoped for on my husband's birthday.

Was so disappointed with this place. First we were sat outside the restaurant in a walkway to the patio upstairs overlooking the downstairs waiting area, lots of loud kids, which that’s not the kids fault but we went to a nice restaurant and wanted to experience that atmosphere. They did move us after we asked but sadly our meal was very disappointing. I had the Salmon and my Husband the Filet and we both had the Chopped salad which was the best thing we had. Got my husband’s order incorrect, and his steak was well past medium rare. My salmon was dry and chewy with no flavor and the mashed potato’s were also nothing but that potato. For the $ there’s way better dining options in the area. They advertise upscale and the food does not match. Service was subpar.

I need more stars for the service. The great service made the entire experience awesome. William was amazing he was friendly and he continued to check and see if we needed anything. The crab cake was delicious just right and the portion was enough that I was full eating an

Just ok Italian. The linguini with clams was bland. The burrata salad was boring (prosciutto would have helped) and the A La Vodka lacked depth. Decor wise it is 1990's fancy. You will know what I mean by the art in the back dining room. Sit outside if the weather allows

We heard the reviews of this restaurant and were happy to get a last minute reservation. I wish I had read the reviews here before reserving however. It’s more of a bar feeling than I’d prefer and too loud of an atmosphere then I was seeking. I prefer not to hear cackling women at the bar and be in an environment where I can’t hear myself talk. The waiter could hardly hear us give our order It’s my fault for not doing more research on the restaurant and from the pictures online I has assumed it was more continental and quiet. Aside fromThat the singer was very talented and kept the crowd engaged. The menu options were varied and all was delicious. The flambé dessert man performed his own show which was delightful! Definitely order a flambé if you go!
