Story time: I took my fiancé to Puerto Nuevo the day before our wedding day. We had just finished setting up the scenery and went to get food-she loves Mexican food. She ordered a salad, which was chill, but I on the other hand got a Combo 25- Cheesy Gordita Supreme Secret. The food was mid, but I still slammed that how. A few hours go by we just chilling, but then it hits me. Like a semi truck to the brain I was shooting more stuff out my mouth than a full auto machine gun. Petrified, my fiancé watched knowing we were supposed to get married tomorrow. I threw up 7 times and took 4 dumps. The wedding had to be postponed due to the intensity of my atomic jeg floating around in there. Overall, I would slam it again bc I’m big as hell, but I don’t recommend.

Authentic Mexican food with some of the best bean dip I have had! The waiters are amazing, smiling, and kind. I loved how all of them worked together on each table, they had a good system going. Highly recommended

They’re finally re-opened again for dine-in after the Hurricane. Went today for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! So happy to have our regular spot open. You won’t be disappointed!

Edited to add: their freshly made salsas are SO GOOD we wish they’d sell bottles of it!

Everything about Puerto Nuevo was wonderful. The service, the atmosphere and especially the food. We were a party of 6 and everyones dish (and drink) was delicious. Highly recommend.

Ordered food 20 min before arrive and then tell them there for pick up then get ignored and treated like I didn’t order

I don’t even live here and chose to eat at this place while visiting and it was amazing! Our waiter was very attentive and on point! I got the shrimp fajitas quesadillas and drinks. They were delicious! My family is from Mexico so our standards are somewhat high lol. This place is definitely worth a visit.
