The food here is better than the other Mexican restaurant in banner elk. The other one is more up scale and I would choose it if I wanted to sit at the bar and drink margaritas or Dos Equis. Both have great service. But for me it is about the food. I have been going to both for 10 years and the over the years the quality of the food has varied. the must delicious food in the entire area. super affordable prices for such of great sizes.we eat,drink and add more plates and the bill didn’t even make it to a $100 we were 4 people total. i can’t remember the last time i ate that much food and paid that little. the place looks like a real family run restaurant.authentic mexican dishes.i can’t believe there is a place like this on this area.definitely worth it though.next year i’ll be eating every day in my vacation.
