Sat there for 3 hours reefer running at 0 degrees waiting to be loaded. Loaded extra 10k pounds without advising me ( probably brokers fault) will not return to this location

Shipping/Receiving starts at 7 am. Overnight parking is available on street. Tight space to back up at docks. It is easy to back the truck all the way from street to the docks. Nice and friendly staff. Very clean washroom, keys are with office staff. They will only load if reefer is pre-cooled to 5* F. Loading take less than an hour.
Staff was polite and curtious. Once unloading started only took about 30min to unload however my appt time was 6am I was in the shipper office at 540am however no one come to the window until after 6am then have me a door to back to and said the guy unloading doesn't come in until 7am all in all they did not start unloading until apeox 730 was done by 8

Checked in at 7:46 with a call not allowed to get in now 10 am still waiting for a call or some one to show up to open my door wondering if they don't know that reefer in on and running at 0

Easy to find. The shipping side can be difficult to maneuver around. You might have to back in from the street to make the dock with other trucks already there.
