Great Little Place they didn’t burn my hot cakes most places for some reason to the food was good and the staff there were so nice If you’re out for a ride one day I will suggest you stop by there and grab some to eat

Charlie's has become our "go to" restaurant for just great home style cooking at good value coupled with prompt service. Since Charlie's has been under new management this once greasy spoon is now a pleasure to enjoy a delicious meal. I recently ordered the 5 seafood plate that was fresh and well prepared. Oh, and the hush puppies are some of the best, fair warning, can become addictive.

Almost $30 for breakfast for 2 people??Nope, don't think we'll be going back there again. A side of corned beef hash on the menu for $5...charged $8.50. Questioned the price but still charged $8.50.

I enjoy eating because the service is always courteous and the price is right. I like grill chicken and this is cooked to perfection everytime, moist and tender. My family of 5 visits often plus the menu accommodates for all members of the family.

I ordered "Prime Rib" but it didn't seem to be one. Prime rib is beef taken from a section of the cow called the “primal rib section,” and is part of a roast. This was not a roast and tasted like a flank steak cooked on a grill. It was not good beef. My girfriend had fried seafood, shrimp and trout, and it was decent fried local seafood. The salad was very fresh and they have good ranch dressing. I wouldn't trust this place during the worst of COVID-19 because they didn't wear masks even then, but now that I am vaccinated I thought it worth a try. There are a lot of unvaccinated people in Pamlico County, and there was a lot of coughing going on at several different tables. I don't know what to say about this place, but maybe I'll give it another try later.
