WORST breakfast in a long time! How do you screw up pancakes and sausage? You serve cold hotcakes with lousy coffee, some processed whipped 'butter' and a sausage patty not fit for the neighbor's dog! You can't even drown this with syrup from a sticky bottle containing a product that doesn't match the label! All while sitting on a piece of plywood... I'll pass next time.

Great little diner. Nothing fancy. We got the fried chicken based on other reviews and it was excellent. Also tried the Charlie Burger. Excellent too! Only complaints are the that the mashed potatoes were powdered and the iced tea was weak. So don't order those 2 things. But the prices were very reasonable, the food tasty, the portions large, and the staff attentive so I'd say it's a good deal. We plan to visit again.

Service and atmosphere was just ok. The food was terrible. I ordered the shrimp and scallops. The shrimp we overcooked and the scallops were fake. Probably punched out shark or skate meat. I know this because scallops come in different thickness and size. When they are all the same thickness and perfectly round they are anything but scallops. My wife had the beef liver. It was like shoe leather. The whole meal was almost 60 dollars. What a waste of time and money. Never eating there again.

We are visiting for the weekend and found this local spot-gem. The very best shrimp we’ve ever had. The hush puppies are so delicious. Will be back. Will tell everyone. Our waitress was great. Food was great. Everyone was so friendly.

If you are looking for good home cooked food this is the place. Had the best fried chicken and vegetables. Food tasted just like my Mama use to cook. Nice friendly people and great prices. Best place to go if you want a good home cooked meal.Try it, you will be glad you did.🙂

After years of searching, I have finally found the best hot hamburger plate. Really, everything is good here. Seafood to meatloaf to chicken and pastry... you really can't go wrong. Warm friendly service, hush puppies, heavenly sweet tea. This place is the best.

Top Tier phenomenal service from Adam always making sure we had hush puppies and drink refills , our server Ella was awesome as well. They made this a 5 star review ! We ordered Oysters and scallops which were great … unfortunately we were not happy with the fried flounder, crab cake or fried shrimp … but we will still come back for the amazing breakfast and hamburger steak n gravy.

Very bad experience. It took forever to get our food, then it was cold. Waitress offered to microwave my breakfast(eggs and toast). Cashier was extremely rude. No excuse, they had very few customers.

We had large shrimpburgers, their Hushpuppies (best I’ve ever had) and fried okra on a Monday lunch. Excellent (not heavy batter on shrimp) and great service. Highly recommend lunch.
