Great locally owned and operated restaurant. I stopped in with my family while visiting from Alaska and had the best hush puppies I've had in years. The crab cake dinner was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the calamari had just the right amount of spice and was fabulously tender. Many restaurants tend to overcook calamari, but not here. The food came quickly, and the staff was very friendly. We were too busy eating to take any pictures of our food. Highly recommend if...
I always like the walnut/cranberry chicken salad. I bought a light pick me up kids meal, cheese burger and corn nuggets. It was a good meal but the corn nuggets, they were so fresh and delicious. Tasted like my grandmother's, with that homemade goodness.

This was my third time tasting Shrimp and Grits, and I must say that this one was possibly the best. Paired it with the fried okra.....yumm
And don't ask how the hush puppies are. Fantastic!
The salmon, blackened shrimp and bisque also got good marks.
