The sign says in the window on Fridays and Saturdays they stay open until 10pm I got at the drive thru at 9:45 & for some reason they ignored me at the window then I drove up to the drive thru window they said they were closed. They close early and it's done on purpose. Y'all need to set a closing time and stick with it.

My niece stop by here at least once a week for breakfast or lunch. Always good food and great staff. Friendly and welcoming. Been to few Hardee's over years. I have to say this one is clean, inviting, and great staff. Definitely a stop we enjoy not just the food but so welcomed.

I haven't had Hardee's in a very long time. I was heading back home on 09/14 from visiting Belhaven and decided to give this Hardee's a try. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit combo with hash browns and a sweet tea. Those two egg and cheese biscuits were so delicious. I cannot tell you the last time I had a biscuit that good. The hash browns and tea were also very good. The lady who gave me my food was very pleasant and she asked if I needed any condiments, which I liked. I had napkins in the bag, which I very much appreciated.

I had to return my food I bought due to it being cold. We called the store and was instructed to bring it back. I was given another order but their was no apology or any words spoken to me about my inconvenience. If I treated my customers this way I'd be fired. If this is how you choose to represent yr company you shouldn't be in a customer service based industry. My experience today has turned me off on Hardee's. Yr food isn't that good to begin with. You should try every possibility to retain yr customer base.

SO DISAPPOINTING...Stopped by drive-thru 2pm no line. Got a#1 meal. Horrible! The burger BUN was hard around the edges..stale or microwaved and the fries were REFRIED, burnt and all the fries were crunchy like POTATO CHIPS! What has happened here?? Are you under a new management ??? I RETURNed the burger and asked for a mushroom Swiss. The burgers are dry.. no taste at all. I will not be returning to this place again... a waste of my money!!
