I haven't had Hardee's in a very long time. I was heading back home on 09/14 from visiting Belhaven and decided to give this Hardee's a try. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit combo with hash browns and a sweet tea. Those two egg and cheese biscuits were so delicious. I cannot tell you the last time I had a biscuit that good. The hash browns and tea were also very good. The lady who gave me my food was very pleasant and she asked if I needed any condiments, which I liked. I had napkins in the bag, which I very much appreciated.

I had to return my food I bought due to it being cold. We called the store and was instructed to bring it back. I was given another order but their was no apology or any words spoken to me about my inconvenience. If I treated my customers this way I'd be fired. If this is how you choose to represent yr company you shouldn't be in a customer service based industry. My experience today has turned me off on Hardee's. Yr food isn't that good to begin with. You should try every possibility to retain yr customer base.

Order my food thru the dive thru waited 10 minutes, no one came out. Went inside to get a refund, no apologies or nothing. The manager just gave me my money and walked away.

SO DISAPPOINTING...Stopped by drive-thru 2pm no line. Got a#1 meal. Horrible! The burger BUN was hard around the edges..stale or microwaved and the fries were REFRIED, burnt and all the fries were crunchy like POTATO CHIPS! What has happened here?? Are you under a new management ??? I RETURNed the burger and asked for a mushroom Swiss. The burgers are dry.. no taste at all. I will not be returning to this place again... a waste of my money!!

Can't get an order right for non in the drive threw they mees up u go home to eat by the time u get there there closed can't get your money back or the right order it's ridiculous got me for atleast 3 dollars asked for a double Frisco and got a regular Frisco like come one read the tickets and check the order this is

This place is a joke no one ever wants to do their job their milkshake machin is either always broke or they never hav ice cream one person was actually honest and said they don't know how to work it so they don't even train their employees to do anything rather just drive t washington to cookout their milkshakes are 100 times better anyway
