My husband and I went to the NC State fair and had the Dirty Mac and Cheese. Absolutely delish!! Hugh portions, very well seasoned. Worth the money.

The chicken and fish were both dried out and it looks as though they use the same oil to fry the fries, because they tasted slightly fishy. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Tried the fish and fries. The fish was so thin that it was nothing but skin and batter. No tartar sauce, had to ask for napkins and fork. The person working the window was definitely not on it. I was hoping for great food but definitely not worth the amount of money that I paid. Very disappointed!!

Went to @NCStateFair Sunday October 20 and had THE BEST SWAMP Fries from this business. They are near Gate 8 and when we arrived no one was in their line
They prepared it and provided a tray for the container that it was in for easy carrying. The shrimp, crawfish, fries and sauce literal chef’s kiss
The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Is some of the best food I’ve had in Charlotte..!!!

I had an opportunity to experience this food truck during CMPD Employee Appreciation Luncheon. I had the hot chicken sandwich w/ seasoned fries. The chicken was seasoned with just enough heat and it was very moist. It was a elevated grilled cheese that I would definitely over again. Give it a try, you WON'T be disappointed.
