I used to come to Arby's back then. I haven't been here in yrs My wife wanted to try them so we went and I didn't like the sandwich. I got the Cheddar Roast Beef. It had no flavor and you can tell the meat was packaged meat not sliced in-house. The cheddar sauce was bad. Maybe it's me but I swear back then the food was way better than it is today. I won't be coming back. But that's my opinion.

Order food through doordash and did not get all of my food. Only got six dollars back because the restaurant was too lazy to cook fries. Beyond upset and will never order from here ever again. This is not the first time this had happened. The Belmont location is the worse ever.

Probably the best drive-through experience I’ve had in years. The staff here is so friendly and extremely helpful, which is hard to find when you’re not even getting out of your car.Suzanne is a total gem and Arby’s is lucky to have her. I would hire her in a heartbeat based on her thoughtfulness and personality alone.

General manager is still as rude as ever. As well as store employees! Called last night because my order was wrong. The assistant manager said he was sorry and would remake my order tonight. I go back and I guess because I'm an ex employee Javier Insinuated I was lying. And if it was any other customer he wouldn't have a problem compensating someone.

Got off work tonight in Belmont went got some food at Arby's after I got all the way home and almost Stanley pull my sandwich out first off the fries was only a few about half full then I get my beef and cheddar sandwich out open it up to put sauce on it and there was sauce already on it and you know it doesn't come that way worst experience like they gave me somebody else's food will not be going back
