The AI order taker sucks. Did not get what I asked for and then when I questioned it at the window the employee and manager wanted to argue with me. Put a person back on the drive thru, if you don't believe me read all the negative reviews about the automated system as well as rude employees. And then they told me a biscuit bundle comes with bo rounds, screwed that up too, got one order of bo rounds.

The ai taking my order is a horrible attempt at replacing the most basic of customer service. Will not order from one again nor do I imagine someone 2/3x my age would. At the very least show the menu instead of promoting a gift card since you don’t have a human to explain your menu.

We ordered two 3 piece chicken dinners with fries and biscuits. The entire dinner was prepared perfectly. It was tasty, fresh, crispy, with smiles on our faces. I highly recommend whether you are in a hurry or not It's plentiful, delicious, and economically priced.

Last night 12/12/2024 my wife stopped in and got me a cajun fillet sandwich combo. There was nothing on the sandwich but the bread and chicken for the price there should something on it and we asked for a sweet tea and it was unsweetened. Will not be back! So if a manger or someone that owns this business see this send a message. This is crazy!

Attempted to go thru drive thru they either tell me closed before the time they are supposed to be closed .. they don't have what I order or just plain ignore me .. I ride a motorcycle and was sitting at drive thru and they ignored me the gentleman in a Jeep in the other lane told them I had been sitting there .. they made a rude remark about me and took his order .. I left and won't be back

The place is very clean and well organized. The food was hot and correct as ordered. The star of the establishment was Malaysia. We were met with a warm smile and she was very patient as we ordered! Highly recommend the location when in the Belmont area.
