I don't know where you get those people but I tried it again it's after 4 months their attitude is absolutely atrocious and that AI thing that y'all got take an orders I think could be accurate if it life depended on it oh that's right ain't alive Y'all need to do something about this store I haven't talked to anybody that like anything about it

I used the kiosk as they don't take orders in person and tried to get just a single biscuit sandwich with my combo and they don't have that option you have to buy 2 whole meals that's absurd

This is the best Bojangles I've ever been to. Customer service is wonderful and everything is cooked to perfection. The biscuits are amazing

Ordered food on the app and it said it would beready at 5:59pm I sat in the restaurant until 6:41pm waiting on my food one of my sides of green beans had about 8 pieces of green beans in the container and a side cost about 3$. For it to be a brand new Bojangles and take almost a hour to prepare food that they already have ready in a hot tray ready to sell is super disappointing especially when the manager is just standing around and not helping at all just telling her employees my order should have been a priority just to go back and stand in the corner

June 30, 2025 I purchased a five piece Supremes meal. Ordering was easy using AI. I had an excellent human interaction! I truly enjoyed the service with a smile and the freshly cooked food! Thanks!

June 5, 2025 I attempted to purchase food here. I asked for a 5 piece Supreme box, no meal. They said they didn't have it. Offered me 4 supremes like it was a negotiation!! Wt? What? No. Just no. So, I went to the Belmont location and they were happy to sell me food.

We eat hear 3 to 4 times a week and get great services and always a smile from lisa at the cash register. the rest of the crew is awesome as well. . They are always friendly and very freindly

The AI order taker sucks. Did not get what I asked for and then when I questioned it at the window the employee and manager wanted to argue with me. Put a person back on the drive thru, if you don't believe me read all the negative reviews about the automated system as well as rude employees. And then they told me a biscuit bundle comes with bo rounds, screwed that up too, got one order of bo rounds.

Slow despite the fact that it Uses AI for orders and prices are absolutely out of control — 12.99 for a medium supremes combo. Cost 8.99 two years ago. Steady and rampant price gouging. Avoid.
