I would rate a zero if i could. Waited over 45 mins in the line-scanned the QR code at exactly 10:30 for our *ONLINE* order- to be told at the window our order was canceled and they are “sorry”. Very disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation and you could tell they were very unorganized. Do not come here. Go anywhere else!!

Aside from the south blvd location, this is the slowest and worst tasting chick fil a I’ve been to. Sat in mobile line (a waste of space without a double line) for 20 minutes.
This is the second time we have been coming here recently on our stop home. First time thinking it was just a bad day as they lost our order in the line so we had to reorder and wait for our food, condiments weren’t given. Second time around we stopped for breakfast and we were in line for probably 20 minutes, I’ve never been in a chick fila line that has taken this long to get through. They lost our order AGAIN in the line. We had to ask for condiments and napkins when our order was given. Not sure why this location isn’t ran like others where workers are out getting multiple orders/taking payments and getting the line moving smoother. The management is clearly lacking and not involved at this location.

Forgot my hashbrowns, cup of ice, and sauce I ask for. How do you get three strikes on one order. They get to busy and don’t check there work I guess. Chick-fil-A use to be the standard. Not anymore.
