Best Chick-fil-A location around here 💞💞 always go above and beyond especially when dinning in alone with my kids offering to help cary things, or tripping to cheer up a fussy toddler! My food is never wrong at this location and my sauces are never left out it doesn’t matter how long the line is it’s always a swift smooth experience if going though the drive though

Long wait times. Cold food and forgotten items. This is not the service I'm used to from Chick-fil-A. I go to any Chick-fil-A knowing service is going to be quick, fresh, and correct. This was not the case with this location.

Waited 12 minutes to get the order while it was just sitting and no one cared to check. I asked 2 people for my order and both said it’s coming right out (it right behind them the whole time). Then messed up the order even after all that. Horrible experience
My friend and I stopped here after a trip to Charlotte. Service was excellent and this was the best food I ever got at any Chick fil A!

I rarely run into a bad experience or even an unpleasant experience at any Chick-fil-A franchise.
This particular location is nothing short of the normal.
How Chick-fil-A finds all of the solid, polite and well put together young men and women for employment is an anomaly all by itself.
Your bathrooms are spotless, you will always hear the conclusion of a request that is made as “it’s my pleasure“.
It’s a wonderful franchise in general and this location is one of my favorites and extremely quick with the drive-through line .
Maybe one out of 20 visits the fries might not be hot as the worst.
Without question, they’ll replace them.
That is literally the only negative thing that I could ever say at slight isolated times that would make them slightly less than perfect, which is a statement all by itself .
I have recently been introduced to the frosted coffees!
And it’s my new favorite thing ❤️
I would highly recommend if you have not yet! This is a great location and it has my full endorsement! ❤️
